SCAM — Impersonates Anthropic Claude via Google Ads
I found this service through a Google ad while searching for "Claude AI".
The ad mimicked Anthropic's branding, so I thought I was subscribing to
the real Claude. I paid for a Pro plan on February 5, 2026.
After subscribing, I tested their "Claude 4.6 Opus" model technically.
It reported a context window of 8,192 tokens — the real Claude 4.6 Opus
has 200,000 tokens. The training cutoff was listed as October 2023,
when the real model has knowledge through 2025.
They are NOT providing the models they advertise.
I contacted support the same day requesting a refund. Denied.
Avoid this service. Use Anthropic's official site: anthropic.com

If you're looking for a real AI assistant, double-check the URL before subscribing. This company relies on brand confusion to capture sign-ups, then hides behind restrictive refund policies, even when you catch the mistake before using the product.

I accidentally subscribed to Chatly and contacted support immediately to request a cancellation and refund. After days of waiting, I received a generic response telling me accidental purchases are not eligible for a refund due to "non-reversible costs" — with no real explanation or flexibility.
I made no meaningful use of the service. The request was prompt. The refusal was not.
I am now disputing the charge through my bank and filing a complaint with my consumer protection authority. Based on the hundreds of similar reviews here, this appears to be a pattern, not an exception.
I would strongly caution anyone considering this service to read the reviews before subscribing.
They mislead using google ads on competitor keywords
They fraudly run ad on keywords like claude and i thought im buying claude accidently and they refuse to refund me even when i didnt even send a single message on the app.
Refund policy not honored
I requested a refund within 2 hours of purchase, which is clearly within their stated 12-hour refund policy.
Despite meeting all the conditions, my request was ignored and no refund was processed.
This clearly shows that the company does not honor its own refund policy.
The lack of response and poor handling of this issue is very unprofessional.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before subscribing.
SCAM COMPANY
It's a scam company. They rank first in the sponsored section, which leads people who don't yet know about AI to sign up, like me, wanting to subscribe to Calide. I paid $95 for a year, and it only lets me ask two questions per day. Their appointments only offer the option to "upgrade" or log out. It's a scam that makes you suscribe by mistake and it’s horrible what you receive after paying.

I subscribed to Chatly AI thinking it was Claude, the official AI assistant by Anthropic. The app's branding closely mimics Claude's, and there is no clear disclosure that this is a completely unrelated third-party product.
I only realized my mistake after being charged. This is deceptive to consumers and I would strongly warn anyone looking for Claude to go directly to claude.ai instead.
I have requested a refund and hope it gets resolved, but I can't recommend this service to anyone.

Misleading Advertising: They used the trademarked name and branding of a competitor (Claude/Anthropic) to divert customers into a paid subscription. I unfortunately paid for the service this way.
They refused to refund me even though I contacted them almost immediately. Currently aiming to pursue this further.

While companies often try to claim that "starting the service" waives this right, this waiver is usually only valid if they provided a clear, separate checkbox for it—and it does not apply if the contract was entered into under false pretenses (misleading you about what you were buying).
Chatly's Own Policy: Their internal policy actually states that annual subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 24 hours if usage is minimal (typically under 7 messages). If you contacted them quickly, they are violating their own terms.

Like others, I mistakenly subscribed to Chatly when looking for Claude, since it was the first to appear on a search for the latter engine. I cancelled minutes later and requested a refund under EU legislation. A week later, all my emails and chat conversations are being ignored, likely to let the 14-day refund period allowed by law expire. A total scam, stay away!

I’m likely one of many online users misled by Chatly. Their branding closely resembles Claude, which led me to believe I was subscribing to Claude. Only after the purchase did I realize I had been signed up for a one-year Chatly subscription.
Despite not using the platform at all, not a single token, my refund requests have been denied. This is misleading and unacceptable.

i don't know what went wrong. I didn't subscribe to it but I was billed and charged. I wrote in to ask for cancellation of this fraudulent signup and a refund. I got an autoreply saying I would hear from them in 72 hours in the worst case scenario. hello, it's been SIX DAYS!
