Unfriendly receptionist
Both times I’ve been there the front receptionist have been off putting and unfriendly.

I was greeted by very friendly staff and was offered a coffee. The coffee was actually really good. My stylist is so down to earth and an amazing stylist. She complimented my terrible hair before we even began. I have always received a hair cut and colour that I like when I leave and that’s from a few different stylists ranging from Ontario to Nova Scotia. If your worried about someone giving a bad hairdo, go to Chatters as it’s always good!

Great first impression
Cindy was ready for me before my scheduled time. She was friendly and we hit it off right away. I showed her pics of what I was hoping my cut would look like and she asked questions so she understood what I was looking for. Very pleased with the cut.
