Arrived early and they didn't make me wait until my appointment time. I had a wonderful hairdresser, she was very friendly and did a very good job!

Never go there
I went in there to get my hair roots touched up. I wanted my roots lightened. I had time constraints. I had my hair done before in three hours, including colour and cut. They told me it would be four hours and I said I didn’t have the time they said they would make it quicker, I left the salon with my hair still wet my hair darker than when I came in and not finished and no haircut I hated looking in the mirror. This is the worst hair I’ve ever had. I don’t like dark hair. I don’t know why they dyed it darker there are blonde streaks in it but my hair is dark and I hate it. I hate it and it cost me $200 for something I didn’t like and I’ve even died myself and I can’t. They’ve died it so dark. Completely opposite from what i wanted , the worst I’ve ever spent would never go back there and I would never recommend it to anybody else.

Amazing Hair Cut
One of the most efficient hair cuts I’ve had! Jolene made sure she had asked me how I wanted my hair, made me look before she did anything, made sure I loved my hair before I was done. She was so friendly and easy to talk to. All the staff were friendly :)

Hatchet job on my hair.
I went in for a trim up of my graduated bob, the cut was done very quickly. When I got home & saw how she cut the back I was in disbelief (she had not shown me at the salon) She did not blend the hair at the back & it looked like it was abruptly chopped off. Looks terrible & I am embarrassed to go out in public. I sm going to another salon tomorrow to get it fixed.

Very Satisfied!
Requested to have a silent appointment, and it was respected! My stylist was so good at communicating the steps she was taking and confirmed with me wether it was okay or not. Felt very relaxed, comfortable and I am very satisfied with the over all result!
