Bryan was so amazing! Made my experience SO fun and lovely! Did such an awesome job on my hair! Definitely knows what he’s doing and has beautiful work! :)

I have always wanted a stylist that is very particular, knowledgeable, a listener...and kind. Well.....Bry at Chatters on Regent is your guy!! He listens to your ideas, suggests alternatives or just slightly modifies your ideas...or supports them. He gives.."THE BEST" head massages when washing your hair. He suggests products suited to your age. For example...I have been using Moroccan Oil for years. It is a fantastic product. However, now that I am totally grey...he suggested that I try another product because that one has an orange tint. I changed to a clear one. Wow ! What a difference. His cuts are fantastic! He takes his time to make it perfect ! I HIGHLY recommend Bry at Chatters on Regent! Thanks Bry....you made me feel pretty again. ♥️

Absolutely amazing experience! I booked with Bryan Ruiz which was the only stylist who truly had the patience and skill to work with my thick hair. On top of that, they were so fun to work with and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. I never felt rushed, and the end result was beautiful. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Abbey always cuts my hair exactly how I want it. There is also a colorist that I went to there that got my hair bang on!!! My Grandson got his hair cut there and said so far it's been the very best hair cut he's had!

Breanna is an excellent stylist. She was very friendly and made me look and feel great with the haircut. My hair looks so healthy and shiny again. 😀

I had an appointment today at Chatters for a haircut. I went in only for a trim because I like keeping my hair natural, even though I have some gray strands. I didn’t want any coloring service and made that clear.
The person who did my hair did cut it fine, but I was disappointed that they didn’t offer any helpful suggestions or recommendations when I asked — just asked if I wanted a straight cut or layers. Usually, hairstylists give some professional advice about what might suit me best.
What really made me uncomfortable was at the end of my appointment, the person commented that they didn’t like my hair color and said I should get it colored. I felt that was unprofessional and disrespectful. Everyone has the right to choose how they want to look, and personal appearance should always be respected.
I appreciate the haircut itself, but I believe staff should be more mindful and polite when giving opinions — especially when a customer hasn’t asked for one.

Natalia's personality is great and she gives the haircut you asked for, as well as taking great care with it. It is very obvious that she is well experienced!

Negar did an amazing job with my balayage! She turned my dark brown hair into a perfect light blonde — no brassiness, no damage, just beautiful results.

Molly was great and she totally excelled in my haircut given my limited instructions.
