For the past 3-4 years I have been fortunate to have Natalia cut, style and colour my hair. Natalia knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable about the various hair products too. I have seen Natalia coach the new students along in training apprenticeships. I walk out with confidence only later to have people come up to me telling me how they like me hair. Rolled the dice on a walk-in…
Rolled the dice on a walk-in appointment on a Saturday and I think their name was Sherri was available. They listened to what I wanted - a trim on the ends and bangs. Made sure I was happy with the end result and even explained why they didn't trim a section - it seems the last place i got my bangs trim took the wrong section and will have grow them out after she pointed it out to me.

Very cold atmosphere and not very friendly. Hair dresser did a okay job but left not feeling good about my hair. She wasn’t a people person just cold. You’re in the wrong industry in your not friendly.
