I went in for just a colour the stylist talked me into a hair trim. The stylist cut all my hair off. I know its damaged but she said only a trim.She ended up chopping my hair off and she layered it . I walked out with a Bob cut 😞 I did not want it this way. Im so pissed my hair is gross and short. Took me 3 years to grow it. I hate my hair.....

Last time I came in for a buzz cut I was charged $27, this time I was charged $33.
It might be time to look into cutting my own hair!

This was my third visit to Chatters Hair Salon in Marlborough Mall, and once again I had the pleasure of being in Linh’s chair. She’s everything you could hope for in a stylist—skilled, quick, thorough, friendly, and warm.

Now, I understand that it’s beyond the powers of any hair professional to make me handsome --there’s only so much raw material to work with-- but somehow every time Linh works her magic, I walk out feeling downright spiffy. And that's no small thing to a guy like me.

If you’re looking for a great haircut or any kind of styling, I strongly recommend Linh specifically and Chatters in general. I’ll be back in a few weeks --once my hair has had time to grow out again.

I have been coming to see Le T for 15+ years. I started when I lived in Calgary and then continued to make a special 8 hour trip to come to see her from Grande Prairie. She is the best stylist and has truly cared for myself as if I was family at this point. She has no trouble remaining such a professional ambassador for Chatters and always tells me about the promotions during our time together. Her Talent is only surpassed but her heart and love of her craft!!!

I didn’t want the woman to cut my hair. Jay insisted she was good. I wanted it layered. DID NOT want it thinned out. No layers, thinned out the bulk that I wanted. Absolutely hate it. But being Canadian, said it was fine. Worse than it was before. To be fair mo and jay do my granddaughters hair beautifully. I will not go back.

Distracted by other appointment that was at the same time. Did not cut hair as asked, much too short. Did not follow instructions

Eliza is amazing. Went in to see her myself a month ago great experience. Brought in our 13 yr old for a back to school haircut and she made her feel comfortable and listened to. She loves her new haircut and said she only wants to go back to eliza moving forward.
