Booked with Richelle! She is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and asked lots of questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted before starting. Had an absolutely amazing experience with her and I love the way my hair came out in the end.

I received a gift card to Mayfair and had wanted to treat myself to a new do. I booked last minute and ended up with Stephanie. It had been two years since I last had my hair highlighted.

I let Stephanie pick the colour. She chose Gold Shimmer which was absolutely perfect. Her sparkly personality, knowledge of product, efficiency of her craft ( trade) made my while experience fantastic.

I have finally found a new hairdresser!

I booked with Stephanie hoping to achieve ash white blonde face-framing highlights while keeping a dark brown low light over the rest of my warm summer, sun-bleached brown hair. I was worried my thin hair wouldn’t take to lightening, but Stephanie immediately put me at ease. She asked thoughtful questions, showed me color options, and really listened to what I wanted. She 1000% understood the assignment.

Stephanie’s expertise with my hair type and texture was evident from start to finish. The end result surpassed my expectations—bright, cool ash tones in the face-framing highlights, with rich, natural-looking low lights that add depth without weighing down my hair. My hair feels healthier and looks absolutely stunning.

Stephanie, my hairstylist made me feel completely comfortable. She explained everything she was doing in language that I could understand. Her dry cut technique took a fraction of the time other stylists normally take cutting my hair and gave me the results I've been looking for. I appreciated that we had a really conversation instead of superficial small talk, which I usually dread with other stylists. I will definitely be coming back to her again.

Alisha did my daughter’s hair for the first time and gave her a SPECTACULAR cut and finish!!! She was warm, professional, talented and absolutely lovely!

Hair was done in wrong colour then stylist said it was correct. Also it was discussed on the phone that I’d be getting my hair cut but that did not happen. I’ve been using Chatters as my hair salon for close to 20 years and I’m horrified by this experience. Even more so as my son is getting married October 4th and I had come 2 weeks early to allow the colour to settle nicely before then.
