I was a walking, got in within a few minutes. They were pleasant and helpful as to things to do to make hair a bit fuller

It was a little odd though, when I came in the front desk lady told me my appointment was with a lady, but I made the appointment weeks ago online and specifically picked Eldon, but she was telling me it was someone else ~ technology ugggggg, it messed up not her! Something the manager a maybe look into and adjust/fix, so that doesn't happen again. However, I left a very happy customer, I'll return again and again! I travel here from BC. 😉

I showed up for a appointment that took alot of thought between my stylist and myself. I drove over a hour to Gp, showed up for my appointment only to be told my stylist no longer worked there. I should have stopped there but proceed with Del I think. Sean knows my cut. She cut it short. It will grow. A phone call would have been nice

My hairdresser went above and beyond what I asked for. She was so nice and got what I wanted. She is the sweetest

My daughter recently went in for a haircut. They go fairly often, so it’s pretty clear what needs to be done. It’s short on one side, longer on the other. Basically, they wanted the long side and the bangs trimmed and the short side re-shaved. Not hard. We explained what we wanted, he seemed to get it. What we ended up with was very bizarre. Almost a bowl cut mixed with a mullet on one side with weird, very angled bangs. Not anything I’ve ever seen before, but in a bad way. It was an inexpensive cut, so I guess we get what we paid for. But it was very odd.

I like that my stylist was friendly & prompt to cut my hair the way I wanted it cut.

My daughter and I did a hair color and deep conditioning, we would like to commend Ms. Ella for a job well done. She’s very accommodating and friendly surely we will come back in the future.

This was my first haircut after losing my hair from cancer treatment. Eldon made the experience great. Attentive, friendly and kind.

The stylist would not listen to me. She only cut one side of my head and a small spot in the back. Her first snip she cut way too much off. Now I have an uneven spot in the back. I don't have any to spare as it just grew back after losing it during chemo treatments so I can't even get it fixed.

Great haircut

Living in the NWT we don’t have a lot of choice for hair care. Whenever we are in GP we come to Chatters as we get in fast and they are always happy to help us out and are friendly. Always happy with our hair cuts.

Came in for piercings, my daughter was nervous and the associate was great with communicating with her. Even talked me into a piercing myself.

Very friendly went through her phone ti show me what she would like to do with it loved it .I will definitely be asking for Ella next time .
