It’s always a delight, getting my hair done by hope, she’s an incredible stylist and I appreciate the fun conversations.

This appointment was for my daughter. She said: She listened and gave me exactly what I was looking for and was super nice and fun too! Didn’t take off too much and worked with me for what would be best. Even if it was just a little cut and trim.

A new stylist did my hair and I was used to the one no longer is there
He knew my hair and how to do it since it is very curly and I like strait
Nothing wrong with the girl stylist , or mayor issues!
It was just the roots were still a little frizzy!! Maybe she was careful not to get too close to the scalp with the iron !
Hope no to cause problem for the stylist!

I have poker straight hair. I had a consultation with Allen and he did an amazing perm for me. Perfect curl with no frizzy ends!

Hope was wonderful. I love my hair cut. Will be coming back to see her next time.

My girls had a great experience at Chatters St.Albert. They felt truly grown up and our stylist Shennia did an amazing job from start to finish. She finished their look with some beautiful curls, that had the girls smiling ear to ear. Thank you!

As usual, we get very good customer service at this Chatters. We came about 10 mins early for our appointment. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a young gentleman who was near the counter. When I advised that we have an appointment with Brooke, he advised that she is still with her client. He asked if we wanted anything to drink while we waited. We walked around the store while waited and at our appointment time, another employee came out to apilogise that Brooke was running a little late. We didn’t mind.
As usual Brooke listened attentively to whatever my 13yrs old daughter wanted for her haircut and executed the cut the way she had asked.
Broke is my daughter’s go-to hairdresser :)

My stylist Aaron was amazing, he did such a good job on my hair and was so friendly. He took the time to make sure i liked my hair and took a lot of time making sure i walked out of the salon looking good!! Will totally go back to see him when my next cut and color is due.

Cia is an amazing stylist/friend. She’s been my stylist for many many years, always helpful with styles and advice.
The rest of the staff is always very pleasant and very welcoming when you come in.

Brooke is incredible. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. A true angel. So much attention to detail and care in her work!! And I love my hair.
