Melissa the stylist & piercer, made her feel VERY comfortable & calm.
She did the piercing with expertise, and professionalism and my daughter enjoyed the experience, very much. She is a wonderful Stylist. Thank you, Melissa !

Staff were friendly and helpful. Staff helped with my Mom, who has dementia and is in a wheelchair chair, with door assistance (Chatters needs to add auto door button!!). Stylist was compassionate in conversation with my mother.

Very clean facilities. Jonnie gave me a nice haircut with very little guidance. I have very straight hair that shows every cut, and this cut looks Great!
