I wanted to leave feedback as I'm sure other people are like me and worry about getting a good service but I can honestly say these guys are amazing. From my quote to booking to arriving late to Palma airport due to a flight delay and receiving a message as I landed to say that they were waiting for us in the terminal to our return journey where we were picked up bang on time and had lovely drivers too with amazing Aircon! Thanks all 😊 will definitely use you again!

Fantastic communication from start of booking to pick up. Great prices and instructions for pick up. Collected my family and friends punctually and transported them safely to sunny Cala dor from Palma. Would highly recommend this taxi company

We recently had a family holiday to Majorca and as there were 10 of us in the group we decided to try and find a taxi company that could take all of us. After doing a little bit of searching on the internet my wife came across cheap taxis
We filled in the online quote form for a return trip from Palma Airport to Alcudia and within the hour had a price back from them which was very reasonable so we booked it , paying just a £15 deposit
There were a couple of things which were a bit nerve-racking, firstly was the driver even going to show up at the airport or was it just a scam secondly you have to pay the full amount to the driver when you get there, in our case this was €240
( €120 each way but much cheaper than 3 individual taxis ),nevertheless it was a bit worrying, would they even be there to pick you back up again.?
Well I can assure you don't worry !
We arrived at Palma Airport and sure enough the driver was there with a name board ready to collect us, he helped us with all our luggage which was about 14 cases in total and we all climbed onboard a very clean 14 seater Ford Transit.
The driver was very friendly and dropped us off at the resort without any fuss
A week later we were picked up, on time in the very same, very clean vehicle and driven back to Palma Airport
Overall the service was excellent and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending or using cheap taxis again

Our driver Omar was great. We had a delay going through passport control yet he waited over an hour after the agreed pick up time for us. He was very friendly & polite. He also was waiting ready at 6.20am for our return transfer. Definately recommend!

Booked two taxi transfers to/from Verona Airport. We paid extra for two child seats, which were "guaranteed" to be present as stated in the confirmation email. For the return journey, the driver showed up with only one child seat, forcing us to either accept an unsafe journey or scramble to find an alternative, potentially missing our flight. The driver and the boss Mirco were both unapologetic, and simply made excuses. Not acceptable when we paid extra and the confirmation email said child seats were guaranteed.

We booked taxis through cheaptaxis from Verona city to Riva del Garda and return to Verona airport. The booking process was easy, with quick responses by email. Both drivers arrived promptly (a little before the time we'd booked) and helped load our luggage into the boot. We used cheaptaxis as they're quoted price was very reasonable. They turned out to be a very good choice.

We booked a return taxi from Pisa Airport to our hotel in Siena for 6 family members in May 2026. It was a very simple booking process and we just needed to leave a small deposit when we booked.
The fare was so reasonable compared with other taxi companies that I hoped we had done the right thing.

However I needed have worried! The driver was waiting for us at the airport as promised and was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. He even gave us bottles of water as it was so hot!

Returning to the airport was just as seamless and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to use this company. We will certainly use them again when we need another taxi in Europe! 10/10!

The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Went on to website, entered all our details and got a booking reference. I then received an email from Paul and he asked for a small booking fee, which I appreciated, as I had heard of some horror stories of people paying in full and the driver never showing up. Once paid, we received a confirmation email to show to the driver.
When we arrived in the airport the driver was there with my name. Brought us to his mini van which was very clean and he was very polite, albeit had very little english.
Got us to our campsite quite quickly and we paid him the balance of the quote.
On returning to the airport the driver arrived on time and again, vehicle was very clean and driver was polite. I would highly recommend!!

We have used this company several times and have received yet another fantastic service. Drivers are on time, very polite and take you to and from locations safely. A great reliable company, thank you!

Travelled with my sister, so 2 ladies. Felt safe the whole time, both ways. The driver was waiting us at Arrival on time and picked up us from Hotel also on time. The driver didnt speak English but we managed to understood eachother using Translate app. The bus clean and with airco. Pay attention to pay the full amount to the driver for both ways. We didnt get a receipt but we were picked up from Hotel at the exact date/time booked online. Dont forget to confirm the return booking with a few hrs before departure, as per the instructions received in the email. Also, very good communication by email. Good services for a reasonable price!

Extremely well priced for our return journey was even able to add extra passengers for our return at a very competitive rate
Very good communication as to where they would wait for us also text once we landed to let us know they were there and waiting

Where do I start! The driver was rude, he shouted at us in Spanish, told lies about us, took us to the wrong hotel, refused to believe us so did a 3 point turn and told us to get off the bus in the middle of Benidorm, removed our bags, ripping 1 in the process. Our hotel was a 30 minute walk so we had to pay for taxis. We are grown adults and the treatment was ridiculous. When we complained we didnt get a refund or an apology, the driver insisted we were drunk and standing up on the bus which was all lies. Just glad we all arrived safely at the hotel. We contacted management for a resolution but he did not believe it and took the drivers side. Would not use again ever.

Firstly. D3alt with Paul. Who was more than helpful. However, would not recommend anyone to use. Driver brought us to wrong hotel. Shouted at us in Spanish. We even gave him our phone to say where hotel was. Threw us of bus and our bags. One bag got ripped in process. We had to walk over 20 minutes to our hotel. Using Google maps to guide us. Thankfully we did not have children with us. Complained about this the sat it happened. On our return journey. The driver was texting whilst driving. Didn't speak to us the whole way. And then was rude, aggressive and dismissive off the treatment. Saying he was the manager. Raffa. The outcome was apparently we were all dancing and apparently were told to sit down. Which was absolutely not the case. No apology, or accountability foe the drivers behaviours. So if you want to be shouted at in Spanish. Abandoned miles from your hotel. Your bags ripped. Thrown out on a random street. Drivers to text whilst you and your loved ones are passengers, to be lied about. And charged for the privilege of this. Then use this firm as you certainly will not be getting polite, friendly, helpful, professional drivers. Id give 0 star if I could

And the reply from the company is still not acknowledging 1. The fact we were not brought to our destination. 2. The abuse from the driver. 3. The riped bags. 4. The return driver texting whilst driving. 5. The rudeness of the drivers.

Picked up, taken to wrong hotel and started throwing our bags out of bus. Disagreed with us over the hotel but eventually moved off and turned back round and went back to wrong hotel. After further discussion eventually dropped us off nowhere near the hotel and started throwing our bags off again damaging a bag in the process. Others in party were staying in another hotel which they were to be dropped off at and he insisted they get off and they had even further to walk. We complained to the company and the driver lied stating we were all lively and dancing on the bus even when told to sit down. First of all, no one was dancing or moving around the bus and at no time did he speak to us other when conversing about the hotel being wrong and throwing us out! There were sober people on the bus! AVOID!

We used Cheap Taxis for a transfer from Reus Airport to La Pineda and back after a week. The driver Cosme was already waiting for us at the airport helped with our suitcase and the drive was very enjoyable, a nice chatty driver who was a very safe driver and comfortable 7 seater that was very comfortable we felt like royalty.
Definitely recommend Cheap Taxis to everyone. The driver even had a surprise for us but I will not tell you what it was because that would spoil the fun if you get to use their services.

Our flight landed in Fuerteventura on Wednesday 15 April slightly ahead of schedule and, surprisingly, we sailed through the EES with no trouble. No queue.

Got a WhatsApp message from the driver to let me know he was waiting.

Got our suitcases and headed out. Driver there with my name on display. Wheeled my wife's case to the car and took us to Corralejo.

I made a change to the pick up time for the return trip which, in hindsight, wasn't necessary as the bag drop desks didn't open any earlier than usual. It was sorted and the taxi arrived a few minutes late.

Efficient service.

Good communications, good price, great, friendly driver - Andrejs, from Latvia, who enabled us to stock up at a down the valley supermarket to keep our self catering costs down.
Really enjoyed chatting to him on way out and back.
Frankly, I'm not sure the French are willing to compete

Service was excellent driver was on time and very helpful. On our return the driver was actually early which was great as we had a few extra bags he helped us to get in the car.

The service was outstanding. However. The vehicle the driver turned up in was an absalute dust bin. The car was very old and had been hand painted. Due to the time ( 9.45pm ) we decided not to say anything. During the 50 min journey on a motorway traveling at speed in access of 70k ph there was banging coming from the front suspension and steering. When we arrived at the hotel i expressed my concern about the mechanical issues on hes car and he told me he was aware of the problems but he could not afford to have them repaired. Which led me to be concerned about hes insurance. I doubted that he had cover for taxi or any insurance at all. It wasn't any wonder the price was competitive. Never again

We used this taxi firm for the first time to take us to Lake Garda and everything went smoothly. Quick confirmation after I booked and our driver was punctual and friendly. Would recommend - prices are also cheaper than most other taxi firms.
