Cheap as Prints Avaliações

I use Cheap as Prints regularly for ordering custom sized poster orders and anything bigger than A3 for prints I sell on Etsy. Their service has always been fantastic and their team is very helpful, I would highly recommend them.

Made an impromptu decision to print a banner for our daughter’s first birthday and needed it quickly. Was thrilled to find Cheap As Prints online.

The timeline of 5 working days, affordable pricing, and ease with which you can place an order and upload artwork is fab. Plus, great communication throughout. Will definitely use again. Ordered Sunday, received on Thursday. Thank you!

Dreadful experience! No sign of delivery, paid extra as order was a birthday present!!!

Somebody provide an email I can reach out to about this!

Website is really easy to use/navigate and upload my own design. Print turned up very fast and with free tracked shipping. The print looks very much how I designed it to be so feel very happy to send this to my customer. Only downfall is that my print had some damage to the bottom caused by the lid being placed on the packaging tube without the print being pushed far enough down.. but I reached out to the team on Instagram and they responded fast and offered to help. Would recommend and have already placed a new order

Firstly, There was no communication, no acknowledgement of payment to which I had to phone up and chase them. The order was then not delivered within their stated time frame... again I had to chase them up. Absolutely terrible communication! When the product did arrive, it was not what I ordered and they do not seem to sell what they advertise on their website whatsoever. More phone calls again. They promised to send out more signs ASAP with a thicker covering (still not what I ordered) which have yet to show! Finally, I am still to received an invoice as I originally requested.

Absolutely avoid, terrible people and company. Do not trust with your business.

Amazingly quick and professional service! Very happy with the quality of product too!

Excellent service and the printed bags were exactly what I was looking for. Had a really tight deadline which was caused by delays my end but Cheap as Prints helped me out and delivered 10,000 bags with days to spare.

A great, affordable, quality printing service for my custom sized poster. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service, was served by Umar, awesome guy! Needed some help with labelling some banners, the labels were printed quickly and to professional quality too. I appreciate his contribution to our Charity!

Received fantastic and excellent service.
My Order was processed in an efficient manner. Delighted with the work done.
Friendly and professional. Will gladly use service again. Thank you so much.

Fantastic customer service. Cheap as prints have consistently delivered high quality posters. Will use again and again.

Poor communication, design and significant
delays meant I've had to cancel my order
and request a full refund, very disappointing!

The item I ordered was delivered late and had a printing error (caused by rendering apparently) affecting a sponsor logo repeated several times across the design. I have had to chase them about everything - told they will provide updates and then heard nothing for days in some cases until I've chased again. I have been given a partial refund (should be full in my opinion given the printing error is their mistake) but this took nearly a week to be processed and only happened once I had chased them again. Possibly some of the worst customer service I have received in a long time.

Update 20 Oct 2022: not only that you have just publicly had the audacity to tell a customer that their feedback is unfair and lied by saying you’ve been unable to get in touch with me which is a complete lie! I was the one relentlessly chasing you! Unbelievable.

Fantastic quality print. Extremely well packaged and at such an amazing price. Couldn't be happier!

A huge thank you for the fridge magnets – they look brilliant and I really appreciate you turning them around for us so quickly in that quantity!!

After an initial communication hitch the company really stepped up and kept me updated with my order. It was easy to set up the double-sided 2m banner, although it was helpful to stand on something to secure the roll-up banners at the top securely. Quality of printing is superb. I expect to be ordering more soon.

Delighted that I chose this company. They have fantasy customer service. The product was exactly what I wanted, price and delivery were all great.

After a communication breakdown somewhere along the lines. They bent over backwards to assist me in getting my artwork loaded, printed and sent to me. The service was excellent and very worth the money that I spent. I have no queries about using the company and would recommend it to my friends. I will be using them in the near future.

Very easy transaction, fantastic prices, prompt delivery and really impressive quality on the product. It was my first time ordering from here but I would definitely use this website again.

Amazing service
Was kept updated at all times. Email communication was brilliant with quick replies. And my print was sent out and received extremely quickly.

I searched online for a long time and this was the only place I could find that did custom size prints at a really good price.

Can’t recommend enough. 🤩
