Received the CarFax reports I ordered online. Shortly after, my card was compromised and over 20 charges from various countries were trying to be charged. This caused me to believe that it was CheapCarFax that leaked my card info. Since then I have received numerous emails from the company through TrustPilot stating literature such as:
(We only accept payments using PayPal and Stripe.
Your card information is never directly shared with us, we do not know you card information at all.
Our website is fully secure.
So your card being stolen cannot possibly have anything to do with your order with us.)
If such is the case then it was coincidental that the card info was previously stolen and attempted use of the card occurred at the time it did.

Awesome Value
The process is a bit convoluted and bulk purchasing is not working, but worth the struggle. Expensive report for way less money. It’s the first time I’m actually getting reports on cars I’m interested in instead of going all in.

I as a little skeptical at first but everything went smoothly. You have to follow a couple of extra step for printing and be sure to make a copy ASAP. Overall you don’t need to be worried and the price is right!

If you genuinely had a problem with your order than you would have tried to contact us first before opening a dispute. Instead you immediately (within 3 minutes) opened a claim with insults and unjustified accusations.
That is not tolerated and there is no excuse for abusing people.
Even after that we continued to be patient and tried to work it out. We sent you the PDF right in paypal dispute message window and then you still continued to claim you did not receive it. Then you feel the need to go out of your way to leave a bad review. Shame on you!

Good little operation
Good little operation they got going. You can pay with PayPal for the added security and rest assured that you'll get access to a very low priced authentic Carfax. I recently bought a used car and having access to a cheap Carfax helped me shop with slightly more confidence. And at this price I wasn't hesitant to order more than one report.
I would note that some people complain about not receiving their report. I'm certain if you just follow the instructions *carefully* you will get your report. If you have any issues the costumer service is very responsive.

Hi, I have checked on your order. The report was sent instantly. Please check your junk mail and spam folder if you don't see the email.
Regarding the images not loading, this would mean you are outside of North America. Carfax blocks their website outside of North America. To get the images to load in the report simply use a VPN service and set your location to the USA or Canada and then all the images will load correctly. Update: Now we have fixed this issue, so images can load even in when accessing the report from countries which Carfax blocks the IP.
It makes sense if you have a question or an issue with your order to get in contact with us by email or chat before leaving a review about it. Why not first do the courtesy of giving us the chance to solve the problem or help you.
