These people are a joke. Have been waiting for my order for over two weeks and I have tried to communicate with them via online chat and email with no success. They don't have a contact number that's reachable either. I notified the bank and they will be investigating. They are a scam

I placed an order Jul 10th and it stated 3-4 days for delivery. By the 13th July the tracking status said “out for delivery”, however I have NOT received my order still after 2.5 weeks. I have sent an email and a message through their website and had no communication back to me. Are they a scam??? Have I lost my money?

My story is essentially the same as all the other reviews. Ordered a bottle of spirits that showed in stock, nothing got sent, emailed for answers, got none, tried social media channels, no answer.

Credit card chargeback to get my money refunded.

Whatever you do, don't purchase from Cheapest Liquor. You can't contact them easily and their customer service is very bad. Go somewhere else - seriously! They advertise stock they don't have and then you spend weeks trying to get a substitute bottle sent. Hopeless just doesn't come close.

Scammers. Do not use

Cheapest liquor didn’t deliver our product and will not answer emails regarding a refund. Recommend avoiding this company.

AVOID at all costs!!

I ordered 2 bottles from this company in mid April. Items advised online they were in stock so let’s me order, only to find out after chasing 2 weeks later they weren’t in stock and was advised i could get a refund. I was heading overseas for 1 month so just told them i will wait (as they advised it should be in the next week or two) however on my return still no items, nothing was updated on my order so i reached out again. I waited another 2 weeks and no response so i sent another email asking for a refund again with no response. Over the next few weeks i sent another couple of emails and reached out through their BOT on their site as no contact phone number which is super annoying only to be ghosted both by email and internally on their site. I did take this issue up with my bank as it has now been 3 Months since i purchased so hopefully they can do something here as this company is ridiculous. Please avoid at all costs or risk losing your money like so many of us seem to have done 😞

Ordered products in May 2026. after one month still no stock. Offered a refund for $382 in Mid June which I accepted. Still no refund one month later July 16th. Have sent many emails and submitted 2 requests as per Refund Portal on Cheapest Liquor website. Still no refund, no replies to my many emails and cannot contact company by phone as no available number. Avoid this company unless you want to ripped off!!!!

I ordered 2 bottles of single malt on the 10th of June and paid for them.I heard nothing back from the company.I have sent 2 emails one requesting information about my order and the second one also requesting information or my money back.I have heard nothing I am beginning to think this might be a scam /false advertising or even theft

Website might be a scam. What I ordered never arrived, no contact number on website, no response to emails or 'returns ticket' process, no response to their online chat.

I placed an order on 8 July and then made the mistake of reading the Trustpilot reviews afterwards. Concerned by what I saw, I emailed Cheapest Liquor on 9 July asking them to either confirm the items were actually in stock or simply process a refund so neither of us would waste time.
To my surprise, they replied around midday on 10 July, stating that my order had been shipped and that I would receive tracking details from AusPost that evening.
Unsurprisingly, no tracking email ever arrived.
Since then, I have sent two follow-up emails requesting an update and have received absolutely no response. At this point, I have zero confidence in the information I was given or in the company's customer service.
The most frustrating part is the lack of communication. If there is a delay, be honest about it. If stock isn't available, say so. Instead, I've been left chasing answers while being ignored.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Cheapest Liquor again and would never recommend them to anyone. I've now reached the point where I will be raising a dispute with my bank to recover my money.
If you're considering ordering from this company, DON'T. Clearly either they are incompetent OR are a bunch of crooks.
Extremely disappointed.

*UPDATE
After sending another email today 14.07.2026 (no response thus far), in addition to raising a dispute with my bank, I magically get a notification from AusPost with an expected delivery.
Watch this space as will provide an update in the coming days.

They provided me a tracking number via email on 15.07.2026.
Goods arrived via AusPost today on 16.07.2026.

FINAL VERDICT
Look, as some others have said on here, the communication has alot of room to improve. But the goods did arrive and it took a week, which although is pretty good, is outside of their 1-3 days marketing.
From my experience, I rescind my earlier comments of them being crooks but you do need to put up with the issues around uncertainty if you're going to place an order.
I think if they just replied to emails in a more timely manner and pushed their shipping policy out to 1 week they would be fine.
The expectation would be set for customers and they wouldn't have to deal with all this angst.
Anyway, my 2c is they are legit but need to improve on some shortcomings.

I paid Cheapest Liquor $948 for a case of Verve Champagne (order 18010) on 11/6/26 for my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday. After missing their 2-3 day delivery promise, and ignoring several emails, they finally said on 23/6/26 that I’d get a full refund. I’ve never heard from them since, and still no refund. I’d never use them again. Be warned.

Places an order for a variety of spirits, but nothing has arrived and nothing has been communicated after raising 4 tickets. No communication or responses

I placed my order on 19 May and it never arrived.

After sending several emails, I finally received a response on 9 June apologising for the delay and lack of communication, blaming it on limited stock availability. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from them.

There is no phone number to call, no real customer service, and my emails have gone unanswered ever since. The online "team member" doesn't appear to exist, making it impossible to get any assistance.

I requested a refund, but that has also been completely ignored.

To make matters worse, their social media accounts have now disappeared. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.

Ordered some items valued at A$1,959.00 on the 4th of June 2026. 9th of July and still have not received anything. Tried their customer support page. No reply. No contact number on their site. Disgraceful service and seems like a scam.

I ordered and paid hundreds of dollars weeks ago and have had no response. I've tried emailing and their support page but no response. No phone number to call and social media has been shut down.

Took my money 6 weeks ago and no sign of the products being delivered. I have submitted 3 support tickets without receiving a single response. Tried the phone number associated to the bank transaction and there was no answer. I've sat on the support "chat" for hours and no one joins. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Scam, they take your money and don't deliver. No phone number to ring them on. Chat bot is usesless as noone responds to that nor to their emails. I've been waiting 3 weeks for a delivery which said it was supposed to arrive in 3 days and noone has responded to me yet. $200 down the drain

I have ordered from this company a few times. From memory I think the first order was ok, arrived within a few days. But, the last couple of orders have not arrived within the 1-2 days specified for Melbourne metro.
The current order has been sitting in 'Order Received' (the 1st step) since the 24th of June. No response to my online chat or email enquiry. The previous order took around 3 weeks and again, there was no response to enquiries.I don't know what has happened but I think I'm pretty much done with this firm.
