I placed an order for a bunch of tshirts, They came in 3 different parcels. The first one, when I opened the sealed bag, smelt like cannabis. When I contacted them, they said it had to have happened during transport. How cannabis get into a sealed bag is beyond me. They would not do anything about it.
The second shipment was perfect,
The last shipment was missing 1 tshirt. I have emailed them 4 times asking for a replacement. They have not emailed me back with any kind of response.

I would recommend not buying from this company. They have no accountability for anything that goes wrong.

In a large order I ordered 2 v neck women shirts M and L. The L is too small even for a small size woman. I was not aware of the 7 day return policy I emailed they said to me outaide the 7 day window to return. Thwy said i could buy replacements and keep the wring shirts bit had to be the same brand with free shipping. WTH. i dont want the same brand that is the problem! Ugh. Customer service sucks

J'ai voulu y faire un achat. Lors du moment de passer à la caisse, un avertissement m'indique que je dois payer des frais supplémentaires pour assurer mon colis, autrement, ils n'étaient pas responsables. Je leur ai envoyé un courriel leur expliquant que la LOI de l'OPC est TRÈS claire sur le fait qu'ils sont responsables jusqu'à la livraison. à peine quelques heures plus tard, j'ai reçu une réponse très agressive, mentionnant qu'ils traitent des milliers de commandes par jour et ne voulaient pas de ma clientèle. J'aurais dû lire les avis sur Reddit et ici et faire une recherche dans les avis légaux sur son propriétaire avant de tenter une commande avec cet odieux personnage.

This is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Sent an email asking a simple question and was met with sarcasm and contempt. Wow I’m absolutely floor with the business ethics of this company. Save your time and money and keep looking for a different supplier. Unbelievable!

We have dealt with this company for more than three years without any issues. We recently ordered two large vests. One was much smaller than the other one. We wanted resolution. We sent an email and followed their rules. They said they responded to our claim but they did not. I sent another email. They claimed they had responded but we searched our email addresses including junk but there was nothing except for a defect claim we made a year prior. They asked what we wanted as a resolution and I told them I wanted a credit for the item as well as proof of their original response. They sent a link to resubmit the claim. Again I followed their rules to the letter. They said it was not good enough. They closed the claim and they told us they would no longer fulfill any orders for us.
