Firstly I did not get my banner in time. Nobody answers there phones or reply’s to emails, you don’t even know if they received everything, for example art work, I went through there reviews and realised I would be fighting a loosing battle, So I ended up ordering from another company because I was now in trouble. I thankfully ordered a second banner one Sumo print who delivered with in 12 hours. When my banner eventually arrived late from cheapbanners.com the print colour was dull and I would have never used it looking like that anyway, It’s Sad when you have company’s like this who mess business up for everyone. I have learnt my lesson and will certainly start checking reviews of company’s in the future before ordering.

I placed this order on 4th September 2022, I paid for 48hr delivery, I still haven't received the product. I have sent 3 emails, tried the online chat and tried to call and still no response. If my order isn't coming just tell me and issue a refund so I can purchased elsewhere.

Excellent product and I’m very pleased with my item. It did unfortunately take longer to arrive than expected (11days) and arrived to late for the specific event I had ordered it for. So do get orders in as early as you can.

Ordered banners on the website, had 2 extra added that i couldnt remove so total of 6 banners. Regardles, the cost was stil good so went ahead with the purchase. Ordered on the 26th August and still waiting. Unfortunately i needed them for an event today 3rd September. No repsonses to emails or chat messages. Hope to get the banners at some point.

They claim to be the cheapest roller banner company on the market but they simply are not. They use very deceptive descriptions to get you to believe you are getting a fast & cheap service.
I ordered this: "Roller-Banners - UK 24 Hour Print"
That's the headline title. If you read down you then see that actually you pay more if you want it in 24 hours. I didn't read down as I made the assumption that I was getting what was described. It was despatched after 2 1/2 days. I haven't received it yet & it will now arrive too late. They refused a refund claiming that it was now in transit, even though the tracking number they have given is not yet recognised by their carrier. I'm afraid I do not believe a word they say. I despise misleading sales statements, its plainly dishonest, I certainly won't use them again.

I ordered my shopping from Tesco. I choose the slower free delivery on Tuesday but I’m going to complain because I want it on Monday. Take some responsibility!"

You clearly mislead with your descriptions & you need to take responsibility. Your product description is totally mis-leading and is clearly in breach of trading standards as you will find out. The goods still appear not to have been despatched despite you saying they were this morning. You claim to be the cheapest on the market but you are not because your strap lines are simply mis leading.

Amazing service, quality was spot on and awesome price.
I'll definitely be using them again.

Superb service. No complaints.

Super quick delivery and service. My only concern was they don't have a function to upload artwork and proof it before printing, so I felt like I was ordering blind, but they turned out perfect!

I submitted the artwork and within 2 days I received my roller banner. It was so quick and simple.

I will list in point.
* Product not on time even though paid for prompt delivery. I offered them personally and I was able to pick them up in time.
* While picking up I did not receive everything and even though I reported it to them, I did not receive it until today.
* No VAT bills even though they said they would send it by email until today.
* At this point, they do not reply to e-mails and do not answer the phone.

Even when they answered below, they did not reply to the email and did not try to fix anything on their own side.

They can answer here, not on email or telephone, to fix the problem.

I sent them other graphics because they did not provide me with dimensions for what they needed.

Assess the level of professionalism of this company for yourself.

They may be cheap but you get no customer service at all pay s bit more and get better service as we did

Cannot get hold of them at all. Called, emailed, left voicemails about my order and had NO response.

I ordered 3 Roller Banners from Josh, paid via PayPal and started it had to meet a deadline and was assured no problem.

A 4 or 5 days later I received a refund so I emailed Josh to find out what was happening. No reply. I knew I was now going to miss my clients deadline but luckily another company, Solopress, helped me out and got the banners made and delivered to me.

I emailed Josh again but to this day still not a word back. Extremely disappointing service. Never again.

Ordered the 48hour service. It arrived 4 days later. there are a lot of comments from other customers saying that communication from this company is dreadful and I have to agree. tried using there online chat portal, no reply, emailed them, no joy there and called several times and again no answer or response. My friend used them and said she had a great experience with them, so maybe just one of those things this time round. Having said that though the banner did arrive and it was very good quality, despite being the cheaper version. really happy with it.

My advice to anyone using this company is order in advance, don't take the 24/48hours as gospel and the quality is really good (As long as your pictures/logos etc. are of a good standard.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- this company have not responded to any messages / online chat requests or phone calls about and order that was placed for express next day delivery a WEEK AGO and still not received with status “awaiting fulfilment.” I cannot get to speak to anyone- AVOID THIS COMPANY!!

Ordered canceled without notice or reason. i ordered 2 roller banners for an event to find an email a few days later advising that i had been refunded i got no explanation why even after sending in a complaint

I ordered banners from this site for a show my company was exhibiting. I made sure i ordered with enough time to spare. Instead of advising me at the time of ordering they told me on the day it was supposed to arrive that they're doing maintenance and they just refunded me. Poor poor communication and created a huge inconvenience for me
