I placed an order for 31 cartons received 28 shipping took 10 days most of the products were great the dk lights are terrible the filters fall off and some were broken. They offer a fair price and I will try to order again if they get what I want in stock. Seems like they are out of stock all the time.

Im in Saskatchewan and was concerned when I saw the product was shipping from Ontario. Those east coast cigs have a different flavour... Sometimes.
Not this time.

Really annoyed with the whole process. Late delivery, no tracking updates, and the smokes tasted fake and chemically.

Order was marked shipped but didn’t move for days. When it came, the cigarettes burned unevenly and felt low quality.

Tried Cheap Smokes once and that was enough. The flavor was weird and harsh, and support didn’t help when I reached out.

Tracking didn’t update for over a week. When I finally got them, they tasted old and dry.

Package showed up late and crushed. Some of the cigarettes were bent and the tobacco kept falling out. Definitely frustrating.

Honestly expected better. Delivery was delayed with no updates, and several cigarettes wouldn’t even stay lit. Not impressed at all.

Shipping took forever and customer service barely responded. The smokes tasted off, like they’d been sitting in a damp warehouse.

Waited almost two weeks for my order and when it finally arrived, half the cigarettes were stale and hard to draw. Pretty disappointing experience overall.

They where delivered quickly and I had no problems what so ever! Even with delivery costs they r still cheaper then other online sales. I am happy with the smokes as well. I will be a repeat customer!

I had to wait ten days for shipping on a "2–5 business day" order. For almost a week, the tracking was at "label created."

Even though they advertised "fast shipping," it took nine days for mine to arrive. That's not speed that's negligence

I asked for a refund before the item was shipped. Despite my protests, they sent it and then left me.

I ordered 5 cartons, I had some issues with the site in regards to shipping and I contacted cc and they responded right away, they helped with the issue. order arrived in a week, very satisfied with the quality of the cigarettes.
I will be ordering from them again.

This doesn't feel at all professional. Half of the filters were loose, and some of the sticks were even broken in the middle. It appears that there is no quality control.
