Used them for YouTube premium for two years, very reliable with either PayPal or credit card. First year the service was activated within 12 hours this time took abit longer around 48 hours but still... Ver mais

Youtube subscription cancellation

Youtube subscription was cancelled in December and after that the main cheapzy admin marzap promised to many people that all of them will get subscription restored or money refunded. Many people got subscription cancelled at the same time and many people are unsatisfied by service. So many bad reviews will come soon for "stealing" money and not fulfilling the promise about restoring the subscription.
During contact with marzap via support ticket, he/she is ignoring messages for weeks and months, so support system is also very bad.
They are motivating you to write good review just after you paid for subscription and when everything is okay with service, but few weeks or months later you will have a problem for sure. So that is probably the reason why they have some good reviews, probably some of them are from bots.
If you want to be sure about their service, the best would be to read all of bad reviews. They are all about ignoring messages and cancellation of service.

Your YouTube Premium has already been fully restored, which was the main concern raised. The delays you experienced were due to a large-scale issue affecting many accounts at the same time, which significantly increased our support volume and response times. This was communicated to customers while we worked through restoring subscriptions one by one.

We want to be clear that we do not ignore customers. During that period, responses may have taken longer than usual, but all tickets were being handled in the queue. We’ve since caught up and resolved the majority of affected cases, including yours.

Regarding reviews, we do not use bots or fake feedback. Customers are free to leave reviews at any time, and many do so after successful fulfillment.

We stand by our service and always aim to resolve issues, even in situations caused by external platform changes.

Dont waste your time

Dont waste your time. Bought youtube premium, it got cancelled by youtube. The guy tried to act like hes doing something, and then started ignoring and not replying. Not giving any updates. Use at your own risk. But this is my experience, very poor communication.

Good experience so far

Good experience so far. Have YouTube through them, it stopped working but they were able to bring it back within 24 hours. I do recommend their services.

Avoid the Subscription to Apple

It has been months since I tried to order a subscription for Apple Music. The supplier would only message me at 2 or 3 am and never fulfilled my order. I’m out my money and never received my subscription. I have used cheapzy for years and not had any issues but this supplier is absolutely terrible. Do not recommend.

YouTube canceled my subscription and…

YouTube canceled my subscription and issued a refund Cheapzy has KEPT THE REFUND and hasn't fixed this. I've had a support ticket open for 5 MONTHS and it's gone NO WHERE. The owner Marzap meanwhile is blaming his supplier (which their site says they dont use) and meanwhile STILL SELLS SUBSCRIPTIONS to new users. This site is total garbage. You've been warned.

Sidenote - The fact all of the 5 star reviews on here are generic should raise some red flags. Read the 1 star reviews and you see a detailed trend.

Almost 1k reviews. But over 90% of the 5* reviews are definitely fake profiles as they all sound like "generic comments" or poorly made 1 review profiles bought by cheapzy.

Let me share my experience in 2026.
When you buy a subscription you pay in advanced for a full year. There is 0 guarantees as you are not protected in your payment as they only accept payment methods that only protect the seller.

After a month if you're lucky things will go smoothly. But in my case 2 weeks I keep getting errors. I had to jump to a new plan under a different account. Eventually they will stop responding or ignore if you ask about updates. For me I just asked once every couple days.

They don't have online support 24/7 and replies takes up to a full day. There is always some personal issues he mentions. Basically an excuse on why things aren't working. I suspect he's a 1-man operation. Although some person named "Samra" is now support. Before it was Marzap the owner.

I read most of the comments to verify the legitimacy. He uses long lengthy responses to comment on 1* reviews as he has plenty of time to write detailed responses but takes ages to fix any service related issues. I waited over 2 weeks one time when there was no service. I'm currently waiting another week as I type this. I've been patient but in 2026 his services don't work properly. You will face errors and delays. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

I paid for YouTube Premium

I paid for YouTube Premium, but like the rest of the reviews, YouTube canceled my subscription. Cheapzy refuses to refund my money or reactivate my account. I’ve tagged him in the Discord several times, but he never responds when he’s clearly online. I strongly advise against using Cheapzy.

Paid for YouTube, account cancelled and no refund, ignoring messages

I paid for YouTube Premium, and the account was cancelled by Google a few weeks later.

I was happy with the service at first, but he has completely ignored me, after multiple attempts to reach out, via his own ticketing system, he's simply stopped replying.

Worst of all, the money has been refunded by Google. This is costing him nothing. Furthermore, if I make a new ticket for YouTube, a customer service agent replies within a few minutes. Sad to say but this is a scam service if they treat their customers like this.

18/12/2025:
...my supplier got the refund from youtube/google, so we'll be able to restore everyones individual yearly subscription. It will also last a year from the date its activated, so any extra weeks/months of premium will be provided as a token of apology for the inconvenience...

27/12/2025:
...I want to start by saying I’m truly sorry for how long this has taken... -> No progress.

07/01/2026:
...Your premium should be restored within the next day or 2... -> No progress.

20/01/2026:
sent to supplier
ill @ you when its done -> No progress.

03/02/2026:
I wanted to share another update, and I’m really sorry it’s taken this long since my last one... -> No progress.

08/02/2026: Last message, when I requested a refund, he asked how I would like my money back, and no further replies.

If you have issues you are screwed

Service was fine until Youtube gave a refund back to them for suspecting the service being used in the wrong country. Opened a ticket, emailed support multiple times. No responses. Last update was given in February but this happened LAST December. Its been nearly 5 months of dodging. Keeps promising they will restore the service or refund us but seems like an empty promise because there has been no movement on the tickets and radio silence on the inquiries. Moved the Youtube issues to a separate discord channel so its separated so everything seems fine. Looks like I'm out the money I paid for this "service". Avoid this like the plague.

Countless money spent with Cheapzy with no hesitation and no stress. The process is as efficient as it logically can be. Genuinely recommend this to everyone because the amount saved is ridiculous, the support team is lovely, and the process is simplistic.

WARNING - do not trust this company

WARNING — DO NOT USE CHEAPZY

I wish I had seen an honest review before using this service. Here is what actually happens:

1. FALSE ADVERTISING — They advertise and explicitly confirm individual premium single accounts at the point of sale, but what you actually receive is a family plan account. When you call them out on this, they make endless excuses instead of taking responsibility or delivering what was promised.

2. PAYPAL TRAP — They push you to pay via PayPal Friends & Family, which means you have zero buyer protection if anything goes wrong. This is a deliberate tactic to avoid chargebacks. Always pay via Goods & Services, never Friends & Family.

3. FAKE 24/7 SUPPORT & SLOW SETUP — They advertise 24/7 live support and same-day or instant delivery. It took 2 full days just to get my subscription set up. When issues arose later, responses took over 24 hours and were completely unhelpful. There is nothing 24/7 about this service.

4. FAKE WARRANTY — They advertise a 100% refund guarantee and full 12-month warranty. My subscription stopped working after less than 3 months. When I asked for a refund for the unused 9 months, they refused.

5. NO RESOLUTION — Instead of honoring their guarantee, they forced me to accept a completely different product I never asked for. When I refused, they closed my support ticket without any refund or resolution.

6. OWNER'S OWN WORDS — When I escalated, the owner (marzap) responded personally. He admitted he only wanted to offer a partial refund, said I should cover the cost of the subscription he paid for, called my legitimate complaint 'entitlement', told me I was 'not special', and then unilaterally closed the ticket saying he would 'consider it resolved'. I have screenshots of this entire conversation.

This is not a misunderstanding. This is a business that advertises one thing, delivers another, makes excuses when confronted, and when challenged further, the owner becomes dismissive and hostile.

Save your money. Do not trust the fake five-star reviews on this page.

Your response contains several false claims that I will address directly:

1. FAMILY PLAN — You claim you do not sell family plan accounts, yet you set me up on a family plan from the very beginning; not as a temporary solution after my subscription failed. This is not something I declined; this is what I was given from day one. You cannot rewrite history.

2. PAYPAL FRIENDS & FAMILY — You did not present this as an option. It was framed as an instruction. Customers are directed to pay this way specifically because it removes their buyer protection. Calling it optional does not make it ethical when it is the default method pushed on every customer.

3. SUPPORT DELAYS — You claim you communicated delays due to a ban wave. Your timelines kept shifting without any notice or explanation. You did not reach out to inform me when you supposedly fixed the issue. I only discovered it after sending multiple chasers, and only then did you respond. And when I logged in, it broke again immediately. Two days of a silent fix that failed on first login is not a resolution. You advertise 24/7 support and same-day delivery, a ban wave does not excuse promises you cannot keep.

4. REFUND POLICY — Your website explicitly advertises a 100% refund guarantee with no conditions attached. Now you are saying refunds are not guaranteed for YouTube Premium and Spotify. This directly contradicts your own advertising. A fair refund would be proportional to the service not delivered — 9 months worth. Instead, your so-called partial refund required me to cover your own costs, which is not a refund, it is shifting your business expenses onto the customer.

5. TICKET CLOSURE — You did not make multiple attempts at resolution in good faith. The original ticket was closed unilaterally by your owner with insults, calling me entitled for asking for what was advertised. New tickets I subsequently opened were also closed without being addressed. That is not resolution. That is repeated dismissal.

Hi, we’d like to clarify a few things as there are several inaccuracies in your review.

We do not sell family plan accounts. We provide individual yearly subscriptions. In your case, after your original subscription was affected, we attempted to place you on a family plan as a temporary solution to restore your access, but this option was declined.

Regarding payments, we accept both PayPal Friends and Family and Goods and Services. Friends and Family is offered to avoid fees, but it is not mandatory.

There was a delay in responses and resolutions during that period due to a large ban wave that affected many accounts at once. This significantly increased our support volume, and we did communicate these delays to customers while we worked through the backlog.

For services like YouTube Premium and Spotify, refunds are not guaranteed due to the nature of the subscriptions. However, we did offer a partial refund along with significant discounts on other products as a form of compensation, which was declined.

We understand the situation was frustrating, but we did make multiple attempts to provide a resolution.
