The bill was fair and explained politely and seemed very reasonable for the work involved.

I urgently needed an MOT and called several places, but only Neil Murray managed to fit me in on the same day.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the lady at reception. While waiting, I was offered refreshments several times, and the seating area was comfortable. My car was ready within two hours, which was fantastic!
The price was very reasonable for a last-minute booking, and the overall service was excellent.
I highly recommend Neil Murray for their friendly staff, efficient service, and great customer care!
