If you have any delivery issues, you will never be able to reach an actual person that deals with your customer service case. I had something marked as delivered that wasn’t there. It was marked as delivered on a Friday, and my superintendent was away until Tuesday. I checked all possible areas for the package (they used Apple Express who did not put it in the secure drop off system) and my superintendent didn’t have it. I used the only customer service available (AI Chatbot named “Joy”) who processed my request for a Reship. Two days later, my request was denied claiming that I had to wait 48 hours after the delivery was marked. I then use the chatbot again, when it is now a week later, and there’s a new request. There’s no way to reach a real person and the requests are redundant if the AI chatbot can’t even convey information correctly to have requests get processed correctly. Terrible. I will likely just be in a cycle of requesting refunds and never getting it, so I will be filing a chargeback.

On the last day of the year, I want to give you a heartfelt piece of advice: do not order from this website if you care about your money and your health. It has ruined my 2025. I placed 7 orders with iHerb (€435.47 in total: 540709665, 540709491, 540707642, 540275548, 539623647, 540709918, 540710064) that were never delivered. The courier, HR Parcel, falsified all the delivery records, and one package was abandoned in another city, causing a serious exposure of my personal data to third parties. iHerb completely ignored my attempts to cooperate, even at my own expense, dismissed my position, and denied all refunds for orders that were never received.

Mijn advies vd mensen die bang zijn als een bestelling niet is bezorgd maar wel betaald.
Betaal met klarna dan is de bestelling verzekerd en hoef je ook niet te betalen als het niet is geleverd.

Ho necessità di annullare subito il mio ordine ricorrente. Da più di un mese provo farlo dal sito o dall'app è impossibile e il servizio clienti (stranamente) non è raggiungibile per essere assistiti.

Spent over $10000 on supps on this platform im done. Ordered 2 items to same address one item couldn’t be delivered one could . Identical address and details. Customer service link doesn’t work. Email with links and tracking number doesn’t work. Told to contact courier. Details not provided. Leaving my current accomodation in a week and have no way of contacting IHerb or courier. Phone number they provided for mystery courier also does not work. What an absolute joke, when Amazon is directly competing with you in this space .

ever had any issues ordering from iHerb in the past but my simple order of a sleep supplement and some pet breath odorisor on 18 JUNE has not arrived so I feel as if I should worn other international customers to be wary. My order has been stopped in customs since 22nd June and all attempts (by me) to get my parcel have been met with multiple unhelpful customer service staff who have not done anything to apologise for this inconvenience. I have requested my order to be cancelled which they refuse to do since it has “already been sent” and will not even refund my shipping even though it is now weeks past the receiving date specified with inability to provide any further information. Avoid this shady website.

good service , reasonable shipping costs , but you should be knowing what are u buying though
