The item is clearly marked on receipt. The receipt is within the allowed date to process but checkout 51 still denies payment for the promoted item. They state they can’t see the date. It’s clearly marked. They state the item cannot be seen on receipt. The item is clearly shown. They state the total amount spent by a not shown on receipt. Total amount spent is shown on receipt and clear as daylight.
I have experienced this problem a number of times.
Checkout 51 is flawed.

I have been using the app for sometime now and find it easy to use. You go through the coupons before you go shopping. Then when you come home you go into the app and choose the coupons you want to use. Take a picture of your store receipt and submit. It takes them 24 to 48 hours to determine if your purchases were eligible or not. After you reach $20 of savings you can request a cheque. About two weeks later or so you get a cheque. I have had no issues with getting my money or using the app.

Do they always have coupons I can use....no, but that is no different with any other site or coupons you find in a news paper.

Not worth it. It’s a complicated site and not user friendly. Tried using and every time I clicked, I either got an error message or the item is no longer available. Really? Then why is the offer there? It’s a total BS site and makes me wonder if it is legitimate. I got rid of the app immediately after encountering these issues. I highly recommend the Flipp app instead. SO much better and helpful at stores that price match.

What happened to purchasing groceries because they will expire soon? I don't want to purchase products and get money back. I signed up for saving groceries from being thrown out and wasted

Amazing speed usually from scanning receipt to being approved for cash back on the item.

I've been using this app for years since it came out. 3 years ago I would have given this app a five star. But now there's too many stipulations your constantly having to read over everything because now you can only use certain things at certain stores which is a pain in the butt. Not only that but before I buy the things when they were on sale and I'd use a coupon with them and then I'd be able to claim it on here also. Now they don't allow you to do that either so last time I used it I got stuck having to pay for items I didn't really need because I thought I was going to end up getting them for almost free using this app. Which they then turn down my receipts. I'm only giving this a 2* anymore. I'm not sure who's working at the other end of this app but there's been a couple of times I've uploaded receipts with a message saying error that is not the right product. I went over it twice it is exactly the right product that they show on their pictures. If they put things back the way that they used to have it I'll put it back up to a 5*. Way too many stipulations anymore. Not worth the hassle

Checkout51 screwed me over! They claim I have made many accounts of something before! What a joke! My name is so common! If you have the same name as somebody else who screwed them as they claim, they screw you over. I spent so much time saving up over $500!! What a f**king joke!

They fraudulently would not credit me after submitting a receipt. I resubmitted, sent everything they asked for and they still have not responded. Instead of getting upset, I will delete the app and they can’t keep the money. I hope they go out of business. They are cheaters and commit fraud.

If you make any sort of money, they will permanently suspend your account, send you an email saying how you have violated their terms (will never say what rule you broke BECAUSE YOU DIDNT), and keep the money in your account. They will never respond to your email after that. Don’t even attempt to try touching this company, Scam at its finest likely with fake 5 star reviews.

Biggest waste of time in the app field. When it first started it was fine now it is a nightmare. There are next to no offers especially ones you would ever even buy. You'd have to intentionally buy the product to get the cash back. The surveys are beyond a rip off. The reward changes when you click on it, it pays less than $0.01 a minute for extremely private and valuable information that they sell for way more than pennies. You have to fight to cash out at $20 and they will charge you if you let your account go untouched because there are no offers to redeem. If you ask them to cash you out so you can get the hell away from them, they ignore you.

Do not use. They will waste your time and freeze your account for no reason without investigation. Customer service takes forever to respond, you’re better off using another cash back site

I've been using them for 4 years now and have recieved over $150 back from them, all by cheque. Great company, excellent customer support!

I like checkout 51 I got a lot of checks for them.

These people are unbelievably rude. Their customer service is non existent. They close down accounts for no reason and they will keep any money you have accumulated. Then, they refuse to speak to you or respond to BBB complaints. VERY unprofessional.
