Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Good luck when you need to order checks. All of these companies route through checksunlimited.com. I had a reorder form from them. Their own system wouldn't acknowledge my reorder form that they created. They kept me on hold for about 45 minutes then disconnected my call. Attempted to use another company for check printing purposes. Used the website Checks.com. It turns out it's the same stupid company. I placed an order on Sept 25 and paid for trackable shipping (8-11 business days). Today is Oct 27, still have not received my order and the tracking number they sent me doesn't work. When I finally got someone to answer their phone, she blamed it on UPS not scanning the package even though the package is coming USPS, not UPS. I told her that they owed me the additional amount that I paid for the trackable shipping. She said they would refund me that amount. They did not refund me that amount, they put a stupid credit in their system for that amount. Like I would ever order from them again! NOT!!!! What a crappy company! And oh btw they have access to your credit card number from your order and your bank account number and routing number. I don't trust these people for anything. I wouldn't even trust them to walk my dog across the street! Absolutely horrible!!

I placed my order Sept 28 and called on Oct 27 to inquire about this order which has not yet arrived. The customer "no" service rep went around in circles without giving me a meaningful response. They didn't even have a tracking number for my order. The tracking number on the website was invalid. They couldn't even tell me if they shipped with the USPS or UPS and said they would have a good tracking number in a few days but I should allow an additional 20 business days for the order to arrive. What a clown show. After talking with a supervisor, I still don't have solid answers. The initial reps were rude and condescending.

I've order from them before and didn't have a bad experience but this time it's a horrible experience.

I'd have to reassess ordering from them going forward.

Well....when I went online to order checks...the VERY next day, I began to get SPAM calls, A LOT OF THEM. I know for a fact that it came from them and they sold my info because I had just recently got the phone number...and its a business line. I was furious and cancelled my order. That was MONTHS AGO and I still get spam calls. I realize that everyone gets them, but literally the next day they began to blow me up!! RUN SCREAMING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I think they are great , if you want reasonably priced checks this is the place to order from . And if you only want or need just a small amount of checks you can also get those as well . And many different designs to choose from .

I am reviewing several different check printing places and this one has an almost identical looking format to another shady looking outfit, Bradford Exchange. In any event, I looked at the 'contact us' page for Checks Unlimited and it is a 'lockbox XXXX and then a PO Box for an address in Philadelphia. People, that is one of those storefront rent-a-mailbox places you see at UPS stores. What kind of check printing place can't even provide a brick and mortar address? Where are these checks getting printed and how many pairs of eyes see your banking information? The experience of looking for a check vendor has yielded more than one shady looking outfit. Buyer beware and review the whole website of a vendor before you start blindly entering your bank info.

I never received my checks, after they supposedly sent them a second time. Then when i tried to get a refund, they kept telling me it was issued, but I never received it. 4 months later, and I am still calling them trying to get my refund. I also had to deal with my back about fraud protection since my checks are just lost out there. Do not recommend.

I've never had any bad experiences from checks unlimited and I have been ordering checks from them for at least 10 years now. The only thing I do not like is that the packaging does not weigh much and they charge $8.95 (for standard trackable) tax & Sentry Sheild which then brings it up to $37 when your order starts at $22.44. Then after entering the promo code I have only saved $1.55. It would be nice to get a much better deal on a promo code so we actually know we are getting a better deal.

Received fraudulent checks from Checks Unlimited and there is very little they can or will do

Received totally fraudulent checks from them I didn't order. They had a legitimate company on them but my address. Bank routing and account numbers accurate. Owner of the business printed on them verified they were fraudulent

Cannot complete the order using Google because the webpage does not allow you to access the next page after entering credit card information. Use another vendor.

Ordered from there other company Business Checks Unlimited, got the checks in a couple weeks as it stated on there website. Ordered a check binder at the same time. They told me it should be here within x amount of days the first time i called & to call back if it still hasnt arrived. Called again & got the run around. Was told they dont have a tracking number & they cant get one. Every shipper gives a tracking number & they could get one if they tried. So now i have to call back in x number of days & try & figure something out. Very shady.

You won’t pay anything close
to the bait and switch low price they wave in front of you. The upselling- hidden costs - pushing of unnecessary extras is relentless- and if you question the impolite sales thugs - they get mad - and hostile.
Just get free checks from your bank and don’t let Checks Unlimited rob you.
And they do a lousy job of printing and handing your photos

Avoid like the plague! I ordered checks last week. The billing address, shipping address and address on the checks is the same address so there should have been nothing suspicious about this order which would require some kind of deep investigation. But, for whatever reason, Checks Unlimited claimed to have called my bank and obviously my bank isn't going to give my account details over the phone, what bank would?
Checks Unlimited then said they "cannot confirm" the bank details and asked me to send a photo of a current check showing the same info, which I did. The current check is an exact match of what need printed so this should have been beyond sufficient to print the stupid checks and mail them to the address on the checks. Now they are emailing and robo-calling to tell me to call their customer service department to "resolve issues". What more issues could their possibly be?! They have the photo of the prior checks, this is an exact reprint, shipping to the address on the checks which matches the billing address and all of this matches the address on the bank account! I told them to just cancel it because this is ridiculous. I don't know if this company is a scam or not but I have never dealt with such run-around for something so simple. Hopefully they will issue a refund. If not I will charge back the transaction. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

As a return customer, in June I ordered new checks. After much ado about the cost, we settled and I ordered my usual 8 single check checkbooks (4 boxes). I made a comment that it would be awhile before ordering more as wife had passed and I don't write as many now, and that it would take a while to use the 400 in the new order. At this point, they lied by omission as books now only contain 40 checks instead of the 50 I have been getting for years. I called them about this and the Customer Disservice person said, "I will tell them." When my checking statement came, I noticed I was billed the full amount with not adjustment for the 80 "missing" checks. I emailed them and reminded them of their 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. That was two weeks ago and I haven't heard from them so I guess they just screwed me out of the 80 checks. No more checks from this deceitful and dishonest company for me. Too bad as I have been a customer for many, any years.

I ordered checks back on June 21st. For a week they kept saying my checks would be delivered and everyday they would move the date. It is now a month later and I still do not have my checks. I have sent two emails requesting a refund with no answer. I feel like I have been scammed. Do not use this website!!!

I ordered a box of checks expecting to receive a box of checks. I only received 2 small reams of checks that included 40 checks each for a total of 80 checks that didn't remotely fill half the box. It is very deceptive marketing.

They shipped me singles when I ordered duplicates. Also, there is no copy of the original invoice. If you order from this group, take a picture of your order page or print from the web page so that you have a copy of what you actually ordered.

Customer service is a joke. Kimberly sounded like she just woke up, was terse, and couldn't understand for the life of her that I'm calling because my order is late. "You'll get your order 1 month from ship date" and couldn't comprehend that it's been OVER A MONTH since the ship date, and argued with me over her own mistake. Left it with "call back if you still don't get it next week" and laughed. I'm filing for fraud on the card.

The labels I ordered were misaligned; cut wrong, so part of the border was on the label above it. Ugly. I wrote to them, and received a response a week later: "We apologize for your inconvenience" -- in the subject line of the email, with no text in the body. That was it. That's all. No response to my request for more information. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I haven't received my checks yet, but I paid for 2 day shipping and the email I received after ordering said I would receive them in 3-4 weeks. When I contacted customer service, I got Kimberly. She acted like she didn't even remember her name. When I questioned the timeline, she asked for my routing and account number. I was not comfortable giving that to her and said I had an order number. She was very rude to me and became argumentative. I am checking my bank account regularly because I am worried. I will never order from this company again.
