Things must have changed with their customer service as I had a great experience. I called to discuss what I might use for pain, didnt like it and when I called to return my bottle they said to keep it and credited my account immediately! They must have taken the complaints to heart because I had zero issues

B'H: 

What is wrong with you???   My address and the one you have on file and have listed is xxxxxxxx. WOULD YOU PLEASE SEND ME MY PRODUCT?!?!?. ¨his has been going on for over a month. Your customer service is abominable and my reviews will reflect that.

Product was good. Customer service is pathetic! They didn’t put apt# on package so post office returned it! Then when it was re shipped it came in 2 separate package! Took almost 4 weeks to get everything!

Great descriptions of the products and fast shipping. I had no issues so no experience with customer support. We liked our products- they were tasty.

I wrote a bad review a few weeks back. Cheechandchong corrected it, apologized, and a new order went through smoothly and quickly for the yummie 20 mg Cheeched Gummies. Arrived today.

Beware their 1-3 day shipping time .. lol! Try 5 weeks and no product, no communication. Sent emails asking where the order is. I finally call and I'm told per my email the order was cancelled mind you that was the last email out of 5 emails that was sent 2 days prior. Never a return email... It's like crickets! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

They get two starts because I've been a regular customer for a couple years and I'm trying to be nice. But I placed an order on September 1, they pulled the money on September 3 ($134). I haven't received the product or an email about any delays. I've sent 3 emails, left two voicemails and nothing...no response whatsoever. My last order was received delayed, but the gummies (cruise chews) were sticky and stuck together in a large clump...all three jars. Not sure whats happened to this company, but they've clearly gone downhill. Can't get a response to my email, but I get an email from them damn near daily trying to sell me more.

I've only placed two orders so far. The first shipped out five business days from order placement and the product was good.

Then I placed my second order and I'm now on the ninth business day with no movement. I've sent two emails regarding it's status and so far no reply. The site says 3-5 business days so this isn't a good sign.. poor customer service is not great for brand image.

Not one not two but three inquires into the shipping status of a 135.00 order were completely ignored. I ultimately went to my bank and disputed the charge. I was a long time customer, no more. This is the second time this happened. I'm out. Do not purchase from this company. Customer service is horrible.

DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCT FROM C & C BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER AFTER 30 DAYS, 2 EMAILS WHICH WERE IGNORED, 2 PROMISES FROM CUST SVCE & STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN SHIPPED TO ME THEY GOT MY MONEY ON DAY 1 & NOW I AM OUT THE MONEY AFTER EMPTY PROMISES.

The prerolls I get from C&C are top notch. They taste great and they burn nice and slow thanks to the distillate that's added. The maui and runtz are the best they have both having phenomenal flavor. I've ordered at least 5 times now and they've been great every time. I've called their customer service line several times and they're always friendly.
