I have bought a few items from cheeky wipes, the wipes have been fantastic and the breast pads are very absorbent.

I've used reusable period products for the last 16 or so years, both pads and underwear.

I'm now in my 30s and no longer have periods but I do experience stress incontinence, so I ordered some of the bamboo shorts and mid rise briefs in January.

After over 2 months of regularly wearing this underwear (each pair will have been through the washer multiple times by now, sometimes accidentally with softener because they snuck into the wrong pile!) I can still say I'm happy with my purchase!

The briefs are a pretty black and white floral pattern, while I ordered the shorts in plain pink and plain black (the pink is a lovely bright colour!).

They're comfortable and don't chafe (unlike cotton and minky pads I've tried in the past, which chafe when damp) and they don't smell after air drying (unlike another brand which uses wool as an inner layer).

They dry on the clothes horse at the same rate as the rest of my washing - usually I put them in with towels so they don't get fabric softener (except the occasional "oops!" wash...)
I've been cautiously giving them 3-4 days to dry as the room they're in gets cold at night & I use a dehumidifier to help. However now the weather is warming they've been drying much faster, so I suspect once summer rolls around it will be possible to air dry them in a day (though I haven't had the chance to test this yet!)

I haven't had any accidents in them yet, so I tested out the shorts by pouring water into them and then wearing them for a few minutes while sitting. At first I poured maybe 1-2 tsp of water (about a "sneeze" amount for mild incontinence in my experience!) and when I put them on I could definitely tell they were a little damp against my skin (the water was cold) but after wearing them for a couple of minutes it didn't feel uncomfortable. More importantly, it didn't leak through! Although a caveat to this is that I specifically aimed the water into the centre of the gusset; liquid flowing over the stitching would still have leaked out due to the thread acting as a wick (an issue with all reusable products I've tried!) This being said, I'm confident that it would give someone enough time to get to a bathroom to change, or at the very least greatly minimise any potential leakage through clothes.

I then poured more water into the gusset (at this point it would have been 3-4tsp or more in the undies, I just eyeballed it but it was quite a lot, enough to say it was basically "wetting yourself" territory). Unfortunately I did spill over the seam so it might have partially affected the results, but it did feel wet when worn and started leaking significantly and quite rapidly. It still provided a little bit of protection but it would definitely show through almost straight away if you had a significant accident (which these undies aren't designed for in the first place but could probably be used as back up with other protective layers!)

In my opinion the mild downsides are that they aren't as breathable as "regular" underwear (due to waterproof layer) so I have noticed I sweat more and when I take them off I definitely have a stronger smell (not unpleasant, same healthy vagina smell just stronger). I personally haven't noticed a stronger smell while wearing them, it just seems to get trapped until I take them off.

The shorts also have a slight crinkley noise when you take them off; again it's not something I've noticed while wearing them but it's a very quiet, soft crinkle sound when they're handled.
Both of these downsides are, in my opinion, worth the compromise for the security they provide.

Finally, customer service are lovely! I had feedback for the design of their website (based on accessibility issues) and I received a fast, friendly and understanding response which made me feel like I've actually been heard and my feedback has been taken onboard.

To summarise, while I can't comment on how well they work for period protection, in my experience they're good for mild incontinence and I feel much more confident and comfortable while wearing them, to the point I'm considering swapping over to them exclusively.

Very good products, sent out fast. I have ordered lots of Cheeky products over the last couple of years and any queries or issues are sorted out by the Cheeky ladies without quibbles. They obviously want to make their customers happy.

I find that the pads move around and don’t absorb an accident very well and still need to be changed right away.

I'm a granny and my daughters have happily bought lots of Cheeky products and thoroughly recommend. I have just bought a wad of coloured flannels for our house and they are amazing - lovely colours and fabulous quality, they also wash really well.

Lovely products and so gentle on the skin. I’m sure my skin has actually improved since using the Terry towelling squares, rather than just flannel!

The cheeky wipes have lasted us many years and are still going strong despite daily use and endless washing. They are a quality product that will have a long life - probably multiple lives, as they can always be repurposed. I also love the period swimwear I got from them, really comfortable and feels secure in the pool. I like knowing that they don't use forever chemicals in their products. They also have great customer care. I had an issue with one of my cheeky wipes and they offered to replace it for me no problem.

Great products for my daughter and the free period products incentive is fantastic.

Absolutely first class products, with quick delivery

Men with prostate cancer can have varying degrees of problem. I've been lucky with only 5 wets in 9 years but one was in public, which I was able to conceal but I started with pads which I was never that confidant with. I was given the Cheeky Pants detail and tried a pair. I do like the high waist so no rolling down and the pad seems to be good. I bought another 4 pairs once satisfied with them.

Absolutely love Cheeky Wipes. I have recommended them to all my friends with kids. The materials used are of great quality, super durable but also gentle on the skin. They are great for nappy changes and extremely good at cleaning up mucky faces and hands after a meal.

I have had a great experience with all the cheeky products I have bought. Their postpartum pants are excellent and have provided me with both leak free absorbency and gentle abdominal support post emergency c-section, and their waterproof changing mats have been a lifesaver! Excellent customer service when things went slightly awry with my package delivery. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

There was an issue with the postal service and my package was returned to sender, customer service made contact with me and sorted this problem very quickly and efficiently, my package was re-sent with DPD and it arrived within a day or so.

I bought a stack of cheeky wipes to make my own wet wipes. the towels came quickly and are really lovely quality. They make amazing wipes, flannels and small towels and wash up well. I’m happy to be moving towards a more eco mind with some things. I appreciate and recommend this company :)
