We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We understand that the repeated delivery delays, followed by problems with the product after you finally received it, have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The issues you described with the volume controls, scrolling, and touchpad are not the experience we want our customers to have. We would like to review your case and determine what went wrong.

We’re sorry that CheerPlay has left you with this impression, especially after the extended delivery delays.

We would, however, like to clarify that CheerPlay combines two different types of interaction: functional controls for connected devices, and tactile fidget elements designed primarily to provide mechanical feedback. Some of the pressable, rotatable, or sliding elements are intentionally non-electronic and are not intended to trigger device functions.

That said, the advertised control functions—such as scrolling, touchpad control, and media controls—should work properly on supported devices. If these functions are not working as expected, please contact our crowdfunding support team at [cheertok@hotmail.com](mailto:cheertok@hotmail.com) with your backer number, device and operating-system details, and, if possible, a short video of the issue. We will review the case and provide further assistance.

We understand your frustration. You backed the campaign in October 2025, have experienced repeated delays and long gaps in communication, and still have not received your reward or a clear shipping update. We’re sorry—this is not the experience we should have provided.

We also acknowledge that the distinction between the electronic controls and the tactile fidget elements should have been communicated more clearly during the campaign.

Hi,

We're truly sorry that we've let you down, and we completely understand why you feel this way.

The delay has been much longer than anyone expected, and we recognize that our communication hasn't always met the standard our backers deserve. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and uncertainty this has caused.

We've recently shared a detailed Kickstarter update outlining our remaining fulfillment plan. The remaining orders are currently being shipped in two final batches over the next several days. As each batch reaches our fulfillment partner, tracking numbers will be sent out as soon as they're generated and activated. Please note that carrier tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active after the label is created.

Our goal is to complete shipment of all remaining eligible orders within July. If an order requires additional verification, such as an address update or other shipping information, we'll contact the backer directly.

We understand that trust can't be rebuilt with words alone. The only way forward is to continue shipping orders and sharing clear, transparent progress as fulfillment continues. That's exactly what we're committed to doing.

Thank you for your patience, and for holding us accountable. We truly appreciate your support, and we're working hard to get every remaining order delivered as quickly as possible.

We are truly sorry that your earlier message was not followed up in time. We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially when you were trying to set up your CheerTok with Samsung DeX.

To clarify the current fulfillment status: CheerPlay pledges without the metal upgrade have already been shipped or handed over to fulfillment, although tracking emails or backend updates may not have appeared for every backer yet. Pledges with the metal upgrade are in a later fulfillment batch because the metal components require additional assembly and quality checks before shipment.

We understand that this does not change the fact that the delay has already been far too long. We will also review our internal communication process and confirm each fulfillment milestone more carefully before sharing timelines publicly, so we can avoid creating expectations that we cannot fully meet.

es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie so lange auf Ihre Lieferung warten mussten und dass frühere Zusagen nicht wie erwartet eingehalten wurden. Wir verstehen, dass dies zu grosser Enttäuschung und einem Vertrauensverlust geführt hat.

Wir möchten klarstellen, dass sich einige Lieferungen bereits im Versand oder in der Abwicklung befinden, während bestimmte Bestellungen aufgrund zusätzlicher Komponenten, Montage- oder Qualitätsprüfungen länger dauern können. Das ändert jedoch nichts daran, dass die Wartezeit zu lang war und unsere Kommunikation klarer und verlässlicher hätte sein müssen.

Wir werden unsere internen Abläufe und die Kommunikation zu Lieferterminen sorgfältiger prüfen, bevor wir weitere Zeitpläne öffentlich nennen. So möchten wir vermeiden, Erwartungen zu schaffen, die wir nicht vollständig erfüllen können.

After checking the case, the package appears to have been returned because the required EZWay customs clearance / recipient verification was not completed in time. This customs step is required before local delivery can proceed.
