Really long delays in receiving. Lack of communication & actually made me scared I had purchased from scammers as never used before!

The bottles I received had an odd taste , not like any peroxide I’d ever used. Also the normal tiny foaming around the gums didn’t happen. It is not fit for purpose. I would like my money back

The ordered goods arrived correctly but it took over a week from when I received an email saying they were with Royal Mail. It said they were tracked but the tracking was pointless as it only told you when it was delivered which you already knew! Tracking usually involves info at several stages and often a predicted window of a few hours when it will be delivered. I emailed you after about 5 days and had a prompt friendly reply. This was my first order with you so I was obviously concerned. In future I will know not to worry about delays
