I downsized to a first floor town apartment which had limited headroom on the staircase. Most of my antique furniture was large and bulky and so had to be installed via a first floor back window. We hired a tele handler which lifted most pieces with relative ease, and the whole process was carried out smoothly. The office staff were excellent and most helpful, kind and caring. The removal men were all good natured, polite and courteous, and all were turned out looking smart and uniformed; they performed their jobs in a most professional manner. Two vans took my furniture to their storage facilities for a couple of months. It could have been a nightmare, but it wasn’t. Quite the contrary. I am so grateful for all their hard work. They went that extra mile for me. A big, massive thank you.

Professional from the minute the packers arrived. Dave, Tony and Harry were efficient, polite, and just got down to the job!
They were careful with everything and respectful of anything we asked of them.

Cheshire Removals offered a great service and were very helpful throughout our move. Would definitely choose them again!

My first experience was positive phone call to assess needs inc dismantling and building beds up at new house, paid up front and all seemed pretty good .
However on the day of the move (28th Feb) there had been a banking crisis that affected 8 major banks meaning transfers were held up. This lead to key collections being put back to later than usual. I received a call at 1.30 whilst sat on the drive of our new house with the removal lads eating a picnic I’d made for everyone . The call was to remind me I’d not taken out late key insurance and as I was 1 hr past the 12.30 we’d all hoped for I would now incur £80 plus VAT per hour and at 4.30 the “lads” would be called back . I asked for advice and outlined the bank issue making everyone late , could I now take out the insurance or come to an agreement as I was extremely stressed by the situation, I was told that invoice had been paid and that was it the ship had sailed.
I what my wits end seeking some kind words reassurance a meeting in the middle , I was met with “ computer said no”
The only and huge saving grace for this company is the lads who “ move you “ I have nothing but praise and gratitude for their help kindness and dedication to get us in our new home .
My review is a no thanks to the office staff and a OMG you are amazing to Austin and his crew I will never forget how you went above and beyond and offered comforting words when they really mattered .

Friendly staff in the office, very thorough. Lads on the day turned up on time, were quick, efficient and careful. They were waiting at our new property when we arrived with keys and were quick to offload in our preferred rooms. Have used before and will use again.

Nice and friendly staff and did mostly a good job. Despite having marked up all the boxes for the room they were intended for, some ended up in the wrong room. Easily sorted though.

They were fantastic from start to finish. On time & really nice guys. Nothing too much trouble. 10/10

I'm 74 years old.
In all my time I have never seen two guys work as hard, non~stop, as Jason & Steve.
Nothing was too much trouble, the word NO isn't in their vocabulary.
They made a very stressful procedure so much less stressful than it might have been.
They deserve a big bonus this month!!

(A helpful comment for the company:~ As boxes are stacked on top of each other, it would make unpacking very much easier if contents info was on the side of the box instead of on the top. The customer doesn't discover this until it's too late).

The three guys who helped us move were brilliant, quick and very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move and a very reasonable price too.

Excellent service. I opted for the full packing service in addition to the dismantling and re-assembly service, and it was the best decision I've made.

The whole process was excellent, from the original enquiry handling from Paula, to the surveyor visit and then onto the move.

Charlie and Kevin handled and facilitated the move, and I can't speak highly enough of them. Nothing was an issue for them and they were extremely positive and efficient. Moving house can be extremely stressful but at no point did we feel stressed, which was in large part due to the excellent work of Charlie and Kevin.

I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again for all your help.
