Quick service got my battery quick. What is best way to heal muscle at my ribs and back muscles seems very sore right now I've been my
my infratonic 9 and doesn't seem to help am I doing something wrong.

You did a great job of repairing my machine. The reason I didn’t give you five stars is because the cord didn’t fit into the machine well when I receive the machine as a new one. Charging it was always an issue. You May want to tell the customer how to get a new battery. Happy new year.

The person I spoke with on phone correctly figured out what repair my I9 device needed, and repaired it to new working order. Very happy to have it back and use it. Turnaround time was very good. (About 2 weeks.)

A power adapter couldn't be found by customer or the post officein spite of the tracking that it was delivered. When it was reported to CHI Institute, they promptly sent a replacement. What better proof that CHI has customer's satisfaction high in their priority.
