All I can say is.... Wow!!! My new car was delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions and being a key worker myself, I needed the vehicle to get to work. Suanu and the team pulled out all stops to make sure my car was prepped, registered and delivered whilst the dealership was mostly on furlough, and the car arrived mid May. Amazing customer service, very polite professional people...I will be using them again.

Very happy with the level of service provided by Chicane. We were awaiting a late dealer contribution payment and rather than simply saying it’s not their problem, they paid me themselves and then took up the issue with the dealer. Will definitely use again.

Fantastic service and a highly knowledgeable team. I dealt with Suanu who presented me with a number of options based on my specific requirements. All options were built around my family needs but also taking into account my BIK tax, mileage etc (As this is a company car), essentially saving me a lot of money had I just done a simple google search.
I would definitely recommend talking to these guys. I will certainly be using them again in the future!

I would thoroughly recommend this company, especially Suanu. She really goes above and beyond in her attempt find the ideal lease vehicle for you. Additionally she provides rapid, detailed responses and demonstrates a high level of integrity in her sales work.

Brilliant service, took everything I wanted in my new car, on board and came back with the perfect package.
I was so pleased, I’ve just ordered a second car for my mum through Chicaneleasing.
Many thanks.

Suanu finds the best deal every time

Many thanks to Suanu from Chicane
Leasing... The service he provided was
Excellent from opening dialogue to the delivery of my new car. I wouldn’t
hesitate in recommending or using his
services again.
Thankyou Suanu

Great service. Would recommend.

This was the most helpful and professional stress free experience of car leasing. Thank you to all concerned.

Absolutely first class service from Suanu, took the details of my request and before I knew it the car was on my drive and the process complete!

Highly recommended, exceptional service, and I will be coming back in 3 years for my next car!

Suanu Lebari provided excellent service. I asked a question through their webchat on the website, and they were able to see which page I had asked from, so there was no need for me to repeat any details of the car. After an initial chat followed by a call, Suanu sent me a courtesy email with details on how to get in touch with him directly.

Suanu was always quick to reply, happy to take my calls and was very flexible and understanding when it came to choosing the best deal for me.

Throughout, he was honest and upfront on stock levels / colour spec.

I did end up choosing a deal at a different leasing company, but that was of no fault of Suanu's.

Always impressed with the service we receive from Suanu at Chicane. He is extremely helpful and gets the best deal for you. I would not hesitate in recommending and using again.

Excellent service

Brilliant company, we've dealt with other leasing companies in the past but i have to say the personal care and attention we felt using Chicaneleasing was truly outstanding. Everything we were promised came to fruition on time and in our budget.

Excellent company, highly recommended.

No hesitation in recommending Chicane Leasing as a credible vehicle provider.

Attentive service, competitive pricing and efficient administration led to the effective delivery of my new car.

Chicane removed the hassle, took control of the order and finance process and before I knew it, the car was sat on my drive.

Suanu at Chicane Leasing took the time to understand the type of cars I wanted within the budget that I set. Even thought I was very rigid in the car I wanted, they managed to fulfil my requirement.

They explained all the paperwork and were always on hand to answer any questions or concerns.

I highly recommend them to anyone considering leasing a car.

Dealing with Suanu at Chicane Leasing was just a complete hassle free process. He kept me informed all the time on the whole process and nothing is to much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Chicane for there professional and honest service. I was impressed from the start to finish when my new car turned up!! Excellent service
