I recently had a bit of a snag with a crypto order, and I honestly can’t thank Percy enough for the help.
Not only did he stay patient while walking me through the resolution of my order, but he also identified that the issue was actually a specific technical bug. Instead of just giving me a "cookie-cutter" response, he actually flagged it and reported it directly to the engineering team to make sure it gets fixed for everyone else.
