I returned my entire order to the U.S. address provided by the shop, with fully correct customs documentation, and paid €135 in return shipping. The shop then refused to accept the parcel, which caused it to be sent back to me. Since then, they have not provided a clear solution and have ignored the two options DHL confirmed are available in such cases (acceptance with fees or destruction). Instead, they repeatedly suggest sending the parcel to the same address again, which is exactly what caused the refusal and high costs in the first place.

Conclusion: Returns from Europe appear unreliable with this retailer. Despite correct handling on my side, I was left with significant costs and no practical support. European customers should be aware of these risks.

I felt I needed to express my delight at such great customer service from Zoe .
Swift and sorted my problem ASAP .

I found the company on Instagram and loved the design. I ordered Christmas gifts there. I was so nervous about the terms but customs service made all to ship in time. They were in touch all the time by the moment I got the parcel. My sister was so happy with the gifts and I was with the service!

Returns are NOT included for German customers. They want you to purchase a DHL label for 9.30€ (one step before they tell you it's only 5,90€) and you need to pay for it if you want your money back on your original account.

I am revising my original post from one to three stars. My order did finally come in after 3 weeks, as described, and very nice quality. I only give 3 stars because customer care is non existent. If you can handle ordering and not being able to contact anyone then I guess they're ok.

I ordered a woven hoodie for my girlfriend on Feb 12th. As of this writing on Feb 25th my order shows as still processing. I emailed the company to find out if there is a problem and nothing but crickets. PayPal is next on my call list to report a scam company. Do yourself a favor and don't get lured into this or any other company based in China. They will gladly take your money and leave you hanging. Never again.

Good. Bought two dresses. Good quality and they fit perfectly but the description about the fabric is strange!
On one dress it says 100% cotton but it feels like Rayon?!
The other says 100% Polyester... Even though It's the same dress in a different color?! 🤔

I bought a skirt from them. It was really cute and just as described. It took a couple of weeks but I really have no issues. Good.

I wish there was a way to give this company a 0 star review! I’m so frustrated! I placed an order with them on Feb 17, a dress I was hoping I’d get by the end of March for a weekend getaway. I sent them an email on Feb 28 to check on the status of my order and they told me it was out of stock and won’t be restocked for another 2 weeks!smh they should’ve said that before they let me proceed with my order! After emailing back and forth they finally said they’ll send it ASAP so I can bet it before my getaway. When I emailed them again a week later they said AGAIN the item is still not in stock and won’t be for another 2 weeks smh LiARS! Waste of time! I had them refund my money. NEVER again with this misleading site!! Smh
