They close my account permanently without reason and without investigating. They don't stand for the refund policy. AVOID IT'S A SCAM

I was a loyal Chimera user, but my account was suddenly banned without any fair investigation. Support accused me of “renting” my license based on a random Facebook post that anyone could have created using my name and photo.

The facts:
• My license has always been bound to my single PC and IP region.
• On the date they claimed I was “renting,” I did not even have an active Chimera license.
• I repeatedly asked them to check their own server logs (hardware ID, login history, IP pattern) — which would prove consistent usage — but they refused.

Instead of properly investigating, they chose to ignore the technical evidence and close my account permanently. I also lost the money I paid for my license, with no refund.

This experience shows me that Chimera can ban paying customers based on assumptions and then refuse to listen. If you rely on this tool for your business, be aware: your account could be taken away without solid proof or recourse.

I purchased a license for professional 150$ service to fix an issue on my **Samsung A15 5g. After 2 days of struggling, the issue was not resolved. I contacted the support team, but they were unable to help. When I requested a refund after **1 days**, they don't want to refund and they don't stand for their refund policy.

Filed complain to my bank and to swedish police hopefully it will go to court and block them from selling in sweden at least and also sent complain to singapor consumer customer protection authorities will also share the awful experience about their customer service i saved all the conversations and emails to use. It's pitty that doing business like this and still running

I have been using chimera from last 5 years now they ban my account without giving any warning or without telling me the specific reason and banned my account permanently and there support team are very bad they dont care about people money how they pay the are getting day by day no care of user directly banned the account totally disappointment

However, if the service was successful, why are my messages still on Telegram, and why am I still dealing with the same unresolved issue?
