Beautiful garden furniture set at a great price. It wasn’t too difficult to put together. I especially liked getting a call to thank me for my order, nice touch! The only downside was the order being delivered onto my drive and I’m a single female so it was quite hard to get it all round the back by myself but I understand sometimes delivery people can’t carry items around the side of the house and have delivery rules. I would 100% purchase from chimes again

It’s a shame you’re located so far away, as we would have loved to have arranged delivery with our own Chimes delivery team, who are able to provide a more personal service. Unfortunately, on this occasion, your order had to be sent via a courier service, which does mean they are limited to their standard delivery arrangements.

I bought outdoor furniture 18 months ago and we misplaced some parts, she was straight on to the supplier to get replacements. They were delivered quicker than expected.

Timely delivery
Products arrived on time at the delivery location. Unfortunately they use Shopify's app to handle orders and finance, but apart from that it was great.

First contact very good, delivery drivers not so good
Ordering was easy enough and was advised that we may have a delay for delivery as the outsourced delivery team were very busy. However, we were notified within days of our incoming delivery. Turned up within time frame given. On our estate it quite clearly states 10mph as its a small estate with elderly and visiting children. Unfortunately the delivery driver decided to ignore the signs and put his foot down. We met them and asked them not to speed, both were very polite, friendly and delivered to our back garden no problem. On leaving we thanked them and asked them not to speed out of the estate which they chose to ignore. Our neighbours even shouted at them to slow down but to no avail. Shame that this was the only thing that let the supplier down.
