Accurate !!

Great information .Especially for children eduction is the best place to live in with nearest GP and many fast foods /local shops around makes it much easy place to live .

Chimnie posted my property without permission…

This company posted my property and TOTALLY inaccurate data pertaining to my home on its site. I had NOT been asked for permission to put photos or the inaccurate information/description or data of my home for their marketing and publicity purposes. I feel personally exposed and vulnerable as a result of finding this company has published my home on its site.
I contacted Chimnie yesterday and requested the removal of their posting of my property and it's still listed.I went on their site to request removal and my home is still on their site

I can only see a partial address attached to the message - they may struggle to identify which property is being referred to so any further detail you can provide (URL or full address) would help them to resolve your issue faster.

Please note that Bartletts Court, Widcombe, Bath, was NOT built after 1996.
It was in fact constructed in 1985 by Gallant Grove Ltd.
How do I know? Because I have personal knowedge of the complex!
Your listing for Flat E states - This is a fantastic 2 bed, 1 bath flat in Bath. This home is 517 square feet in size and was constructed between 1996 and 2002. The property is on the doorstep of Bath Spa for National Rail. Located in a well connected area of Bath And North East Somerset

Our reports for the majority of dwellings within this complex do seem to correctly state the building date was between 1983 and 1990 (e.g. https://www.chimnie.co.uk/uk/somerset/bath/flat-g-bartletts-court-widcombe-parade-widcombe-d87a33594c2e1bc580c098e34d94f04e) - with a few construction exceptions within the block that stem from two extensions carried out after 1990.

Our data scientists are always striving for 100% accuracy, so hearing from you is really appreciated - as always we'll run a deepdive on your feedback to make sure that everything is consistent.

Brilliant property information concept!

I can honestly say that the information and service that was provided by Chimnie.co.uk was excellent. We were contemplating purchasing a property. The detailed information that they provided was very thorough and helpful, most of which was not supplied by either the vendor or the estate agents. The information and service was excellent. Chimnie.co.uk have a vast amount of readily available information about 29 million residential properties throughout the British isles . It also lists the nearest hospitals, shops, petrol stations, places of interest etc are all listed with each property search for free.
I will definitely visit this site before physically viewing any perspective property ... which most of the times are not compatible to what we need.
This site save me time and money.
I can only compare their services to that of a high end car dealership, supplying detailed property history and information.
Brilliant concept!
