As an independent Publisher, I used their services and their communication has been excellent. Explained everything throughout the order, and fulfilled everything they said and offered. It was a very good experience I had with Ellen and Chinaprinting4u as it was the first time I dealt with an international printing house. Prior to this I've had other publishers deal with the printing and shipping on my behalf.
