I had good experience with the sale staff. Over all i had a good times. The flights, the buses, the hotels, the side tours and the tour guides were beyond my expectation. Keep up with the good work!

Our trip to Thailand was fantastic. The hotel was lovely and the breakfasts were the best we have had anywhere. We are looking for just the right trip so that we can go again.

Love our trip , but one thing we didn’t like is that since the first day we arrived our bedroom 2 full beds, it was a trip to celebrate our anniversary and with ceparate beds, i talk to our tour girl and she said that they didn’t have any more rooms available, but for the next city we will get a queen bed , and it happened again on the next city I was very upset that they couldn’t do anything to fix the problem, in our group were people that wanted to have single beds and didn’t get them. Overall trip was good we had a great time .

we had a horrible experience at the airport when departing causing us to miss a significant portion of the tour. We were unable to reach Chinatour to help us and when we finanly did, had to pay for a whole new ticket to join our companions on the tour. Once we joined, it went well, nice clean hotels, great tour guides and exercusions.

All the arrangements are timely, smooth, efficient. Tour guides were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.

For the value and the quality of the trip I would give it 5 stars. We had GREAT tour guides in both Beijing and Shanghai. The hotels were all nice, but some hotels were in remote areas where you felt a little forced to go on optional tours or just stay in the hotel with nothing to do.

I took a star away because the ball was dropped on our group VISA. I think they forgot to process our group visa and I was FRANTIC. They had to over-night the visa from San Francisco and it got to my address the DAY BEFORE the trip started. I've never felt stress like that.

Other than that, I will have the memories of the trip forever and I made life-long friends who I met traveling in this group.

The food quality needs to improve. Too much salt and fried dishes which were included for breakfast and lunch was not what I expected. Other than the meal, the trip was pleasant.

I hadnever taken a guided tour before and had some reservations goinginto it. I travelled with ChinaTour to Vietnam and Bali in March 2017. Both trips were outstanding with great accommodations and local guides who spoke freely to us about their country and its culture. Provided tranportation was comfortable (and air-conditioned). All of the included meals were very tasty. I'd recommend this tour to anyone in a heartbeat!

What a great trip. Our days were packed with lots to do, and see. Tour guides were a wealth of information. At no time did I feel unsafe. I highly recommend this trip to anyone.

It was a fabulous trip. The guides were excellent, detailed, and humorous, the hotels were beautiful , and the breakfasts were gourmet and bountiful! We covered as much territory as possible. If I had a complaint, it would be we spent a lot of time riding on the buses. The excursions were well done and informative and manageable sales pressure. Great memories!

Well Worth the money. Wish we would of had more time at certain places (Great Wall, Forbidden City) and less time in others (Silk factory, pearl factory, etc)
