Delivery was very prompt and the price was right. This will be great, especially in the winter to avoid ruining the fibres on full wigs while wearing a winter hat. Looks great with a ball cap

I hesitated for a while before ordering. After careful research, I now have found my perfect wig. I ordered it in another color. Chiquel site is easy to navigate, I love that you work with influencers since a video review leads less to confusion. Especially on colors and style. Price is amazing, I paid a third if I'd bought at local store. This will not be my last buy. Thank you for making me ferl beautiful again. I should have bought a wig years ago

The live show on Tuesdays was a blessing. I bought my first wig by appointment at the Chiquel store earlier this year for my daughters wedding. It was my very first time and just wanted a consultation and learn more about size etc... but I ended up purchasing that day, this is why I hate retail outlets....Total buyers remorse over $500, not my color at any time in my life, not my style and not my size I am finding out, definitely not my density. I am old school and thought i would learn more face to face with a professional but honestly I believe the videos and lives are your best education. I have spend months trying to learn how to correct this great error I made before the wedding by cutting or styling the wig but honestly too Scared to touch the expensive wig. I watched many videos and many Tuesday lives. I took a chance on Magic "GO" due to 40%off, lower price with bangs. with all I learned and my head measurements and "Wow" I looked like myself but 20 years younger at my daughter wedding. I am a petite so the line was a very nice fit compared to others. I choose a grey color to stay more natural and the small cap fit amazing. But now I have this Belle tress Beckham wig I need to make it feel as much me as the go wig felt. This is definitely a learning curve. Oh and No one believed it wasn't real hair at the wedding.
I still have so much more to learn but thank you so very much, always learning more from lives and videos

When they had some wigs that there were some problems they sourced the wig from another location. I appreciated the fact that there quality control was so good. Happy with the new Ellen wig and sent a thank you you note to them.

First time buying high priced wigs. Sorry for the choice of words. Writing this as I walk out the door to go to the office.
Packaging was great! Delivery was good. NOT impressed with any of the Raquel Welch wigs. Broke my heart!! Couldn’t return one because I felt I messed up the zig zag part too much when I shook it out (as recommended by the YouTube videos) of the box.
I am very disappointed with the colours. The website is not true to real life. ALSO! Pretty photos of the wigs, yes, but in real life those Raquel Welch wigs looked NOTHING like the photos.
Viviven is a good colour for what I would expect to have seen in the photo. I also really enjoy the “real” movement feeling it has. I can run my fingers through it and it acts like my real hair. I don’t like the feeling of the residue on the fiber. Cap is a bit tighter than expected. Can we get extensions for the Velcro straps for a little less tightness.
I also tried to go to your North Vancouver location prior to this order (FIFA game was being held in the plaza out side the door on the lower level) so that I could see the real wigs and colours before making such an expensive purchase. I was EXTREMELY disappointed that a BUSINESS is closed and “BY APPOINTMENT ONLY”. Please update your Google listing. I wasted a whole day! I live in Maple Ridge and spent money on parking.
I told my mother and Aunt to hold off on buying anything from you guys because I’m not sure it’s going to be a good option for them considering what I’ve gone through.

Return process was a bit of a shock that I had to pay for my own return shipping on such an expensive order. Especially since I tried to go to your store on my own time.

I gotta run now. Over all. 3/5 stars. We’ll see how the next order goes. Probably not recommending Chiquel to anyone now that I think of what I have gone through and the cost of parking and return ON TOP of spending so much for the products. I guess that’s my lesson.

The website was clear and easy to navigate. The caps are not only beautiful in style and soft fabric but also fit my small head. (I've always hated hats but I really like these.) They also pack easily into a pocket or handbag. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little lift to get used to a receding hairline. They also arrived in a timely fashion, as promised.

Nyx is my fifth wig from you (purely for enjoyment of wigs, as I do have my own hair). It's becoming my favourite. It had been backordered but I got it as speedily as I needed it. : ) I don't wear hair it down around my face (not suitable for me) but pull it up very messily with clip and pins. Love the beachy vibe.

I bought a reasonably priced RW wig. It was just as expected though the colour, Shaded Biscuit, was darker than the sample but I’m ok with that. I’ve bought & returned another wig and return went smoothly as I was careful to not disturb the zigzag part and repack EXACTLY as it was when received. I’m expecting another wig by Estetica bc they are said to fit a bit bigger than RW which is a little tight on me. I’m a 22” circumference.

The quality of Raquel Welch toppers has really gone down. I ordered this in Shaded Biscuit (as I always do) and it had way too much brown streaks in it. The worse thing about it is that it has a huge bald spot where the part is and it's a centre part, so there's no way to hide it. I was going to keep it despite the bad brown streaks so I cut the tag off and then, when I put it on to style it, I realized it had the faulty part, so now I can't return it. What a HUGE waste of money. I'm so disappointed with RW and Chiquel. Chiquel always say it takes them a long time to process orders because they check the quality of each piece, but obviously, they don't!
