Fantastic service - I have been getting matters in order lately, having seen Martin’s Money recommend Choice Funeral Plans, I had started my plan online but needed some information, following my initial call to Choice I had nothing but professional, friendly advice, all my questions answered with no hesitation and knowledgeable staff. I felt confident that my cremation is in the right hands.
I continued the application online, in my own time, as there is a lot to take into consideration, but just knowing I could call and speak to someone at the end of the phone put my mind at ease.
I am happy with my decision, I have not questioned it.
The payment plan has a good range of how much time period to pay back over and affordable payments.
It has options if I were to move, or needed change my plan if my circumstances changed in the future with obviously extra cost for the latter if it was upgraded, which is expected, but all this was explained on the phone in detail.
Having researched a few companies to ensure I chose the right one for my requirements, I found Choice to have more perks available, and things you could request, which other companies did not.
There was a hiccup with my direct debit set up - I had entertained a digit wrong but they contacted me straight away reassuring me there was not anything to worry about, it was dealt with efficiently and rectified promptly, the lady was so kind and helpful.
I received my plan within in a week, and now I can relax.
Choice have given me 100% customer service, the staff I spoke to and emailed were all genuine, friendly, supportive and knowledgeable, the plan is by far competitive in this field, I feel confident, and trust I have chosen the right funeral planners in Choice.
