I bought my plan through Peter at C D Radmall in Henfield so i did not deal with Choices directly.
Peter was very helpful polite and nice to deal with.The paperwork from choices arrived quickly.

The company i used Elizabeth Way in Mossley, Tameside
The company i used Elizabeth Way in Mossley looked after my wife,s funeral during covid, they did all they could to make the day as eventful as possible. I said I would use them when my time was due. Now with detearing health decided time to sort out a plan to make it easy for my children. Though my wife's day,s were numbered with cancer it was still difficult to deal with as she was battling it well but covid put a stop to it.I would advise everyone to get a plan as soon as you think time is right

The genuineness, cleanliness of the place, the honesty, the knowledge, the atmosphere and welcoming attitude. Knows what he was talking about, answered all questions in a simple to understand manner and the reassurance that we can cancel if we change our mind. He was not pushy.

It isn't the first time our family have used your services and everyone involved from enquiring to buying to needing to eventually use the policy your team from start to finish have been informative, kind, caring, respectful, helpful on all matters nothing is to much for them, polite, all staff from funeral parlor from minute 1 needing the funeral help beginning to end, driver, staff accompanying us couldn't be better I couldn't have done it with out them.
