I would like to have given them a zero star rating. They sent me a 2 prong electric cable instead of a £340 electric toothbrush, they never answered my two emails. I was lucky that Amazon told me they were a third party seller and they got the money back. So thankyou Amazon

Ordered an oral b9oothbrush and received a 2 pin plug for a razor . Total scam so avoid at all costs.

SCAM!! They do not send items purchased, never hand to Evri the courier or if I do send its a cheap cable instead of an expensive coffee machine like we ordered 11 days ago. Please stay away! Amazon have refunded us today which is great but the seller was still active and still taking money from unsuspecting buyers. Amazon need to suspend obvious scam sellers like this. Instead of waiting so long. with 95 PERCENT 1 star rating and tons of reviews it was obvious and at the very least the seller should be suspended pending an investigation !!

Scammers, I ordered a Nintendo Switch 2 and received a two pin power cable. Luckily I ordered through amazon and they are refunding me. Do not order anything from these scumbags.

If I could give zero stars I would!! My father ordered a Nintendo switch 2 for my daughter and received a random charging cable! Google the company and it will show you over a 100 complaints on reddit dated from 19/5/2026 all stating the same thing about receiving a charging cable. DO NOT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS SELLER. They are a scam - there are multiple reports online of people buying a Nintendo Switch 2, (like I just did), and being sent a random 2-pin power cable instead and then they don't respond to your messages/ complaints. They are a scam "company".

Can’t express my dissatisfaction enough.. gave this company many suggestions to resolve an issue of a non delivered item. In fact an item that never left their warehouse.. no communications despite trying on numerous occasions.. I would highly recommend that you steer clear of this seller

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered a Garmin through amazon and after a week received half a power cable. To add insult to injury you then need to pay the postage to return it! Evri tracking is fake as well, gives you initial delivery date only for that to change along with a new tracking id.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Order and paid for a Garmin watch. The parcel came with an old power lead!

I ordered a lot of Christmas stuff that was on sale on the 28th Dec and 1st Jan. I paid for next day delivery baring in mind I knew one day was bank holiday and neither arrived and no word from choice about delivery. I emailed and they then refunded me as the items I purchased were not in stock but why didn't they tell me they weren't in stock until I contacted them. I had emailed them about this issue an received an auto email to say not in stock not even a reply back to my original email. Never had an issue like this before but not very good customer Sevice this time at all

Ordered books and they never arrived. My last review was removed so I'm reposting it!

Do not order from D-choice retail. Ordered a package, item was destroyed and discarded during transit per UPS and d-choice is refusing to refund my money. I have escalated the situation with pay pal and will be contacting the BBB. Terrible service.

It has been over 8 months since I have heard anything about my package. I got another package in the mail though a few months ago with the wrong thing in it. But it has the same tracking information. Also I originally bought the sweater from a Etsy shop but it sent me here when I put the tracking information into Google. Things are not added up. I am mad. Do not buy from here.

Ordered over a week ago for next day delivery. Still no order and no reply to email. Stay away !!!
