Excellent customer service – truly went above and beyond!

I couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service I received!

After approximately two months, I noticed some discolouration on the end of the extender chain of my choker. Even though this was already beyond their return policy period, I decided to contact customer service. From the very beginning, they were absolutely wonderful. They apologised as the quality of their products is always top-notch, I'm sure it was just a one time thing.

Communication was excellent and incredibly fast. They responded within one working day, kept me updated throughout the process and genuinely wanted to resolve the issue. After I sent them pictures and tried cleaning the affected area as suggested, they kindly offered to send me a replacement of my choice while keeping the original choker. Delivery was also fast, the parcel arrived in 2 working days.

Their kindness, understanding and willingness to help made all the difference. It's refreshing to encounter a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service. I would happily recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Very impressed by the quality of the chain. A solid O ring and not a welded circle. Something genuinely nice to add to the collar collection of my sub.
Also a very quick and informed delivery.

Great Quality and fast delivery service. I will be shopping here again

Brilliant service again! I buy from here for my granddaughter who loves everything you make. See you just before Christmas for another purchase.
I also forgot to order an extender chain but following an email to ask if I could still purchase one, I received a reply saying “it’s in the post” … fantastic!

Perfect inscription, but had a scratch. This is the necklace I am proposing with and im so sad I will not be able to present a perfect piece. Quality was great except for that flaw and Im just so disappointed.

Very quick delivery. The choker is the perfect size i was looking for and fits well without being uncomfortable all day.

Arrived super quickly, lovely customer service too. Good quality and comfortable

Very good quality, good castumer service, returns, no problems at all, highly recommend

Quick delivery , really liked the product.

Very easy to navigate website, good quality choker delivered on time! Got it as a present for my BF and he loves it so much ❤️

Very fast shipping and a well made product

I've ordered two bracelets and two chokers and they arrived so neatly packaged and arrived on time and without any problems. They've been very nice to wear, even with the heat making me pour sweat I haven't seen any tarnish or felt uncomfortable at all. They have such cute selections and I look forward to getting more.

I got a lovely chocker from the company. The order arrived really quickly and the packaging was beautiful.

In love with their accessories, obsessed with design

I found the whole experience nice and easy and when the jewellery arrive my partner was incredibly happy with the quality and engraving. I would have like the option of a nice box to present it as a gift but I could have been blind and missed it. Regardless I would still give the whole experience 5*

Good value. Quick delivery. Quality product. Thank you.

Sehr schöne Kette. Qualität 1 a. Klare Empfehlung

Great products and great prices and Excellent quality on your merchandise. There is a wide selection and have just about anything you may be looking for. It was super easy to find what I wanted and the reaction was easy and quick. The delivery takes a little bit longer because it has to go through customs but it’s well worth it. I had been looking for a collar for my sub and this was perfect. She loves it and I will shop here in the future.
