Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service, sent 2 faulty items and wrong colours too. I asked for help for a refund or an exchange. When asked they told me I have to pay for the shipment process back to them then they will give me a refund. I asked for a prepaid shipment sticker and they refused. Terrible customer service when asking for help to send them back items they have sent you that are faulty! I have had multiple people told me they as customer service should help you with sending it back! Terrible customer service care in my opinion.
Had to go the bank for a full refund and never buying again.

Our returns conditions are published on the website and are industry standard.
As per our extensive contact via email, your initial request was for a refund due to the items being the ‘wrong colour’ despite you not having specified the colour you wanted in the order notes. You were asked to return them upon which we would process a refund for the items.
You then changed the reason for return to claim that one of the items was broken. We asked you to return them for inspection upon which we would check and then give you a full refund including refunding your delivery costs AND we doubled the returns period in order for you to do this.
If the Bank chooses to pursue this with us, we will be passing them all correspondence regarding it. I’m sure you’re aware that they will look unfavourably on any misrepresentation that might have made in your claim from them.

10/10 - Would Chongz again
It's the first time that I've ordered anything directly from Chongz, but it won't be the last. The item I bought was sensibly priced (actually about £15 than anywhere else) and they also threw in a free lighter and grinder. Shipping was free and it arrived next working day!
Hard to fault that kind of service.

Bongs are very sturdy and well made
Bongs are very sturdy and well made. Had my bong for 3 years and it still looks brand new, Dinged the bong of a few cups and not one crack. Just bought a new one the other day.

Asked for my bong to be pink so it matched my Jaxx grinder in the same order, not only was the bong pink, but they gave me a FREE grinder and atomic lighter which were both also seemingly picked to match the Jaxx grinder. Purchased at 12am on Thursday and my package came the NEXT DAY at around 12:30. Package was also packed really well with tons of foam peanuts to ensure that your items are safe. Would give 6 stars if I could.
