I have been fortunate that just the decision to proceed with this treatment has transformed my attitude to drinking. I now drink perhaps 3 times a week after taking a tablet (instead of every day) and find I can limit my intake easily. I would say I am drinking about a quarter of what I used to, and am perfectly happy with that.

The Nul program has been very effective for me. While the website interface can be a bit confusing at times, their customer support is excellent. Whenever I email them with a question, they respond very quickly and provide clear, helpful information. Highly recommend for the support alone!

I love the NUL programme and the results I’m seeing, but as I’m now successfully regulating my drinking, I have a surplus of medication. To make the programme sustainable for me long-term, it would be amazing if they gave a more flexible option - like a 'add-hoc’ version or the ability to skip a month’s payment and delivery? I really want to stay with the service, but paying £200 every month when I don't need a full new supply is becoming difficult to justify.

I have been using a prescription from Nul since early December 2025. I am extremely pleased with the dramatic reduction in my alcohol intake. I personally have not experienced any side effects and I feel terrific. I would say that Claudia's weekly zoom meetings with other UK users (or something similar) is an important part of the process. For me, naltrexone has calmed the alcohol noise and allowed me to start learning new behaviours.

Their customer service is really amazing! When I first joined, I had many problems with my LFT test, but they were so patient to help me rearrange everything.

After I got the medication, the side effects were quite bad and I wanted to give up. But the team cared about me a lot. They asked the clinician to call me and also encouraged me to join Claudia’s weekly share. I joined twice and after listening to her advice, the side effects really got much better, even though it took about three weeks to feel okay. But I am glad I am back to the programmes again and it does help reduce my craving.

I really recommend everyone to try Nul. They are not just selling medicine. I compared with other similar companies and they only give you the pills, then they don't care if you have side effects. If you want to talk to someone there to get advice, you have to pay more money. Nul is different.

There is relatively little out there, and what is, is very confusing and doesn't provide the full offering needed. Nul fixed all that for me and I'm glad I'm using it for my own journey

After seeing some articles about The Sinclair Method and a "miracle pill," I started doing some research on it. I reach articles, watched videos, and started following accounts for people who had done it themselves. While I was searching for more information, I came across Nul and decided to try it out. I signed up for three months, and before I started they connected me to a clinician who was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions about what the treatment was like, how to manage side effects, etc.

When I got my first delivery I was a bit uncomfortable. How would I know if it was working? Then that day, I realised I didn't want to have a drink. I thought it was the placebo effect and commitment to do the programme. But then I kept taking it daily at the same time, an hour before when I would usually start drinking (I set an alarm for it and would recommend doing that), and I've gone down from drinking daily to just once a week.

The biggest difference has been my sleep and energy levels. But I've also realised how much money I was spending on alcohol... my family and friends have said I'm a much better person to be around too. Sometimes its only when you stop drinking that you realise how bad it was for you. Much happier now.

I've never considered myself someone who has a problem with alcohol, but at times I've felt the need to take a break. But every time I did (whether it was for weeks or months), I kept coming back to the same habits and headaches.

A friend recommended I look into Nul and two months in, it's one of the best investments I've made in myself. I still drink occasionally when I feel like it, but never more than a glass or two (compared to bottles before). I've felt supported along the way by the clinicians, the coaches, and other people who are also making healthier choices in their lives and sharing their experiences during the Weekly Share sessions.

So many people I know would benefit from starting this programme. If you're considering it, I urge you to get started. What are you waiting for?

Just signed up (only 1 month on programme so far) but really impressed with the customer service and the support on the programme…weekly session is really helpful. I can feel I drink 1-2 cups less each day, also sleep better now. Will continue for a while and see how it goes.

Was sceptical that this would work, and quite scared about the side effects but the whole process has been very welcoming.

The clinicians and customer support are really caring and really don’t mind the many questions. The drop in sessions with Claudia have been brilliant.

I will be continuing and recommending, I wish they had a referral scheme.

I read about Naltrexone but I felt nervous about trying the treatment. I have to say Nul approach and support has so far been amazing. I have access to clinician when I need and there is this excellent weekly support group anonymous call checkin with Claudia Christian who knows everything about this treatment. I have reduced my drinking straight away and it’s making huge difference for me - I’m 7 weeks in and feel amazing and drinking a fraction of what I used to.
