Majority of listening is on the LP12 and sound wise they are fantastic – they were good in the past but the upgraded plugs on the phono’s have brought a new airiness to the sound that is quite intriguing – like a layer of grime has been removed.
I did have an issue with the phono cables and for me this is why I can easily recommend Chord – Communication was fast and easy – they chased me for updates when I didn’t reply to them (like most I think taking cables out of a setup isn’t easy and sometimes can take time) but they made sure it was me not them causing any delays – they worked with my suppler (Cymbiosis who again did a fantastic job with the support) and addressed the issue without any fuss. For this alone I’d recommend them as this is invaluable in todays world where sales are easy, but support is sometimes terrible.

I assumed I canceled the subscription in December but this wasn’t really accepted by Chord Chord and paddle.net so I just saw they charged me until now. I nearly payed 200$ for an un-active account for serval month. I requested a refund but the policies don’t allow it so I guess I unwillingly invested in this company without any returns. Please double check if they really canceled your subscription because otherwise they will simply don’t cancel it. Ofc I could have checked my invoices but I have multiple subscriptions and not the time to check everything 10 times and I really thought cancellation means canceling my god dayum account.

I sent a customer service request by email regarding some replacement packaging. The request was instantly followed up the next day and replacements were with me within 48 hours. Can not praise the customer service experience enough. Thanks Bill@chord company. :-)
