Great Experience, especially with Adam
I went to view a car with Adam but it was not quite what I was looking for. Him and his manager then went out of their way to find me the car I wanted and at a great price. They delivered it for me and dealt with the paperwork to de-register my old car making it easy to do business with them.
The service was amazing, did not feel pressured in any way, such a friendly team each and every one of the people I dealt with. I can't recommend them highly enough for anyone looking to buy a car.

The staff were amazing, no hard sell just honest answers to questions. The sales team told me to take time to think about the car before committing to buy. I have never ever come across this before as most sales staff sell their products with a hard sell. It really was a pleasure doing business with them.

Chorley Group MG
Our 2021 MG HS developed multiple sensor faults, followed by a "Start/Stop System Fault – Consult Handbook" warning and the engine management light before completely failing to start, leaving us stranded over 200 miles from home.
Despite repeatedly contacting Chorley Group for help, we've been left without a solution. We were told manager Stuart would contact us, but after multiple requests we've received no response.
It's now been a week since we first contacted MG, and we still have no idea how we're getting home. The lack of communication, support and customer care has been incredibly stressful and disappointing.
Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Chorley Group and hope they improve how they support customers when vehicles become undriveable.

From the moment I entered the show room I knew what I wanted. They never tried to deter me into buying something I didn’t want. The sales man Dawid was brilliant from start to finish. They even delivered my car to my home. So far I can not fault them. I love my Citroen C3 thanks guys

Overwhelmingly good experience from start to finish and extremely professional throughout, my original sales man John had to go off due to an emergency but was quickly picked up by a young man called Harris both gentlemen had an amazing approach and genuinely good presence in their role, highly recommend this company if you are thinking about buying a vehicle I don’t think I will go anywhere else.

Appalling service – Do not trust this dealership!
I spent £21,000 on a car here and have been left with nothing but atrocious aftercare, broken promises, and safety concerns for my young toddler and baby.
When I bought the vehicle, I immediately raised issues regarding the paintwork and was promised they would be fixed. On collection day, it was raining heavily. I was denied the option to place the car under a shelter for a proper inspection. Instead, I was rushed through and told everything was done and that any future issues would be resolved.
Within five days, the air conditioning failed. I brought it back and was assured they did a full check and inspection. They claimed it just needed to be regassed. Because it was winter, and I was eight months pregnant, I barely drove the car initially and couldn't drive at all for six weeks after giving birth.
Three months after purchase, I noticed severe cracks opening up in the "leather" section of the seats. There is absolutely no way this wear happened during the few miles I drove it. When I called and sent photos, I was rudely dismissed and told seats are not covered by warranty. There was zero willingness to help or even have a discussion.
By month five, the weather warmed up, and the air conditioning failed completely again. Around the same time, I received a manufacturer recall notice. Due to this dealership's shocking customer service, I took the car to a different dealer to have the recall work done. I asked them to check the air conditioning, and they immediately found a significant crack in the pipe. The original dealership clearly lied about doing a full inspection during my first complaint just to push me past a point where they would have to pay for it.
It is clear this business only cares about making a sale. Once they have your money, you are on your own. It is genuinely terrifying to wonder what else is wrong with this vehicle when I am using it to drive my young children around. Avoid them at all costs.

Hyundai kona 1.6 Hybrid N-Line S
Just a note to say why it's a good idea to get a Hyundai Kona 1.6 Hybrid N-Line S.
I purchased one back in March 2026 and it's a great car. Some bonuses with it being a Hybrid are you use your brakes less so your brake pads and discs last a lot longer. Also I noticed this morning whilst washing my car (the first time I've washed my car myself instead going to a normal hand car wash) that the alloy wheels were easy to clean as they didn't contain any noticeable brake pad dust. The wheels looked brand new even though the car was definitely ready for a car was.
The car is still going well and gives good mpg. A recent trip of about 300 miles round trip to Stafford with 4 large males on board returned 67mpg, not bad as I was travelling at over 60mph when it would just switch to EV. My friends said they wouldn't have noticed it only for me pointing out it had switched to EV. A lovely car that I highly recommend.

Go to Chorley Group, Blackpool, ask for Sean Black!!
When I decided to buy a new vehicle I did a tour of the dealerships and came back to the very first one I tried which was Chorley Group, Blackpool. Not only are the vehicles to my liking, I was thoroughly impressed with Sean Black, the salesman who dealt with me. Sean has been with me every step of the way, even leaving me time to make that final decision. He is knowledgable in terms of cars and the necessary admin required; professional; polite and keeps his promises. Once I ordered my car he kept me appraised of the progress and never failed to keep in touch. He is a great asset to Chorley Group and I have shared this feedback with the overall manager. My husband was so impressed with Sean's performance that, he too, bought a car moving him from being a lifelong Renault owner to MG!! I should also add that I have been immensely pleased and grateful to a young man called Sim, who has also supported me and my husband during the time. Overall a great dealership here in Blackpool and I am happy to continue this relationship in the future.
