No information about delivery, only dutch communication , delay on delivery is actualy 3 weeks. It s not serious and I do not recommend this seller.
And an answer to my complain should be most important than an answer on Trustpilot.

I got my first oder from chouhype
Okay so I got my first oder from chouhype today, and I’m pleased! The quality is good, the print is good and it fits although I have two things that bother me a teeny tiny bit.
First off, the sizes. I know that chouhype tells you to get a size bigger but since I’m already bigger I could only go one size up, and if I wouldn’t have, it probably would not have fit me. (But that’s okay as long as it fits I’m fine with it).
The other is the shipping tracker. The tracking suddenly stopped one day and I expected my hoodie to get here in 1-2 weeks from now because my tracking tells me it’s still not in delivery. That’s something I wasn’t such a fan of, but it still got here, I just don’t know what is the tracker for if it doesn’t work properly. But anyway, I love it!!

1st of all the workers are really nice. They replay fast and they give deatiled information.
2nd Even tho it takes a Little Bit too long ist was worth the wait. I saw this website on instagram and I‘m so glad that it popped up on my fyp. I also recommended it to my friends. Keep up the great work 👌🏽

Not the best
Okay honest review, first of all delivery took about 23 days from the point of ordering which isn’t the best but definitely not bad given the pandemic.
Website pictures, I was sceptical about ordering in the first place because the images on the website are mostly just images placed over another image of a shirt and not the finished product.
Then quality, the actual T-shirt’s feel okay but the designs are hit and miss. I got 3 different T-shirts and I noticed one of them (the inner gate tee) had a different label and the print quality is significantly worse on it, the design feels very rough and almost like you could scratch the design off. I was looking forward to this one most but I doubt I’ll actually wear it.
Also the “Kakashi X Susanoo” tee is printed well, it’s nice and smooth, but the design is a little blurry and the fabric is slightly see through, maybe because I got it in white but I don’t know.
Overall the products are okay, but not the best and for the price there is better out there. I won’t order from them again I’m afraid. However, I will mention that the customer service person was very nice over instagram.

The shipping times are quite correct as it says on our website the shipping times can take up to 1-3 weeks after being processed, since we ship worldwide.
Most of our website pictures are being made by our artist. However we do always use the real life hoodie for display. Regardless of the art on it.
We apologise for the bad printing on the Rock Lee tee. We will try our best to improve the quality of the printing on the tee. And indeed the Kakashi tee might be see through because it is white.
All by all we truly appreciate the honoust review and will look into every detail mentioned by you. And thank you for your kind words. We try to help our customers as best as possible.

Hello, I found chouhype through Instagram and was really happy. The design of the clothes was amazing on pictures. So I ordered myself shirts and hoodies.
Now start the negative experience. I waited several month! Now they arrived and nothing looks like on the pictures. The design is still really good but the material is really poor quality. The t shirts and even hoodies are most likely transparent. I mean I never imagined to see through a hoodie.
And on top of that, the sizes don’t fit. But that might be my fault. I did not looked at size table.
Anyway.
I paid almost 100 euro for nothing.
Big potential, but I was disappointed at the end. What a pity. I will not order again.

If this was the case we would have appreciated it if you would have reached out to us.
There could have been a malfunction at the carrier and if we would have send you the order anew you would have received them much quicker.
Furthermore we are unaware that our hoodies are see through and we never heard this from any of our customers also we cannot see it when we look at the products that we have in stock here, so we would greatly appreciate it if you could send us some pictures to info@chouhype.com if the hoodies are see through we will fully refund them for you.

bought one pink and one black t-shirt. quality was good, of the shirt and the print! the pink one is sliiiiightly see through but it's really not that bad <3 the people behind this are really nice and supportive, i love this business and will definitely purchase again!
