The company is great for sending nagging emails to a forgetful (caused by prescribed tablets) person to take action over renewal. I could easily have been driving without cover otherwise.

Getting the 'any updates' email was a good idea, even though I forgot to change one item! But when I got the quote I rang you to ask for the change and this was done straight away over the phone with a verbal confirmation of the new costs which I accepted, these were confirmed by email the same day with Close Brothers confirming the payment details the following day.

They are so easy to deal with and helpful , unlike some insurance companies that you might use direct and only have one choice of communication - online and expected to print off everything at home . Chris Knot will send hard copies to you and you can ring them up with any queries and speak to a real person quickly without holding on forever !
