Not good at managing the sale
As one Estate Agent in a chain of 4 properties. Was not good at communicating with the rest of the chain or managing their customer / solicitor. This made it difficult for the rest of the chain to plan anything, such as completion dates, where movers need to be booked and non-refundable deposits made. This should be bread and butter for an Estate Agent.
Our Estate Agents had to chase regularly to get info that the rest of the chain needed since they were not at all proactive.
The icing on the cake was that on the completion date, they were borderline unprofessional in their communication.
