Am facut o rezervare in 30.03.2026 si nu au confirmat-o pentru Grecia. Ne-au oferit altceva care nu ne-a convenit si am cerut banii inapoi. Am dat avans 30 % si ne-au returnat banii ABIA DUPĂ O LUNĂ, dandu-ne peste cap toate planurile și incalcand contractul !
Ne-au dus cu vorba tot timpul !
O firma FOARTE NESERIOASĂ !
Ne-au mai facut asta si anul trecut !!!
Nu merita !!!! Ocoliți firma !!!

O companie care a fost de top, dar care din păcate, a scăzut, au multe cereri de returnare a banilor la care nu fac față, noi suntem pățiți: am plătit un avans pentru un sejur în Grecia, hotelul nu a confirmat rezervarea, opțiunile oferite in schimb au fost mai scumpe si neconforme cu ce ne doream și am solicitat restituirea sumei. A trecut o luna si așteptăm banii... și tot ni se spune să mai așteptăm...

Extremely disappointing experience with Christian Tour.

I booked the “Path of Souls” ( Calea Sufletelor”) package – a Nile Cruise in Egypt. The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

From the very first day, I reported multiple issues, but instead of being resolved, they only escalated throughout the trip.

We paid in advance for services that were not delivered as agreed (e.g., the Luxor tour was modified and involved additional costs). There were constant changes to the schedule - for example, the itinerary stated that departure to Luxor would take place after breakfast, but on-site we were informed that departure would be at 3 AM. Had we known this in advance, we would definitely not have booked this package.

There were also unacceptable conditions during certain stops (smoke, general discomfort), and the meals were completely inadequate. Breakfast was replaced with insufficient takeaway packages, despite paying an additional €300 for a 5-star hotel specifically to avoid food-related issues. The “meal” consisted of a dry baguette with discolored ham, another with cheese and ham (I am vegetarian, so neither was an option for me), and a small 100 ml juice.

Transportation and overall organization were execrable , with frequent delays and last-minute route changes.

The local guide was unprofessional and rude, and repeatedly pressured participants into additional spending.

We attempted to resolve these issues directly with the agency from day one, but the responses were either superficial (a copy-paste reply sent to everyone who complained) or completely absent. It has now been over a week since my last email, and I have still not received any response.

Overall, the services provided were far below what was contractually agreed.

Their slogan is “Once in a lifetime.” Unfortunately, it truly felt like we used up ours on this experience, and I would strongly recommend that others don’t spend theirs here at all.

Price over quality excellence. I've traveled for Easter period in Egipt with this Travel Agency. Service was excellent from transport ( brand new airplanes ) to accomodation. Staff for very helpful and nice all the time.

we paid in advanced, then after a month they told us we shoul give more money if we want to "protect" from the posibility of the price going up....we already paid in advanced !!! ALL THE MONEY !!looks like a scamming method...a cheap and dirty way to get more money. they tell you a price, then increase it!

We traveled with this company 5 times and this last time which was the 6th time was so disappointing. We went on the Christmas Tour to New York City. It was very cold, the city had slippery streets with snow and ice and we had 45 people on our bus. (Most of our people were older and could not walk that well.)This was Christian Tours new trip for Christmas and a first trip for our guide. In my opinon, it was not planned well. There were times we were standing around for 2 to 3 hours with nothing to do! The bus was too full, making us have to wait everyplace the group went to the bathroom or to eat. The City was packed. We stayed in NJ and came back and forth through the tunnels every day for three days. This took time which could have been spent sight seeing if we had been in a hotel in the City. For us and others too, it was a nightmare. The Rocketes show as wonderful, the lunch at Macy's was delicious, the NY City guide on bus took us on a 4-hour tour and it was magnificent. I saw many places I had never seen. The bus driver was more than accommodating. When we returned, I wrote a letter explaining how I thought the trip could be improved in the future. Heather Paul, granddaughter of the owner, practically attacked me on the phone about my criticism. She was rude, abrupt, and certainly needs to take a customer service course to improve her attitude. I was so offended that I will not recommend nor will I ever take a Christian Tour again. I don't know how they keep customers coming back as you better not voice your opinion as you will not get a good telephone call from management.

I participated in the Costa del Sol circuit Jan.2026. 3x days before departure, as we were told and as referred in the concluded contract, I should have received an information document related to the circuit with very important information. Although I expressly requested the document from the travel agent, she refused to give it to us.
Instead, we were sent a document for departure to GREECE! INSANE! Without having the information from the document, I had to pay 146 EUR extra at the airport!
At Ch. Tour, after you pay for the tourist package, essential information is not sent to you even though they insist on receiving it.
They answer you nervously, with indifference and then you pay the price of their negligence.
If you file complaints, with evidence/documents attached, they do not even give you an answer.
ATTENTION, avoid purchasing tour packages from them!

Am fost in excursia Crăciun magic la Budapesta.Nu a fost magic
1.Hotelul la mare distanță de centru
2.Ghida neprofi,cu atitudine de jandarm și la orice întrebare legitimă ,răspundea cu o jignire
3.Cina festiva de la hotel înlocuită cu o cina la o crama cu mesele pe hol ,o harmalaie cu sute de turiști
4.Cina la crama Budafok anulată
5.Targ de Crăciun Budapesta vizitat ziua
6.Targ de la Viena vizitat ziua.Desi luminile se aprindeau la ora 16 și autocarul era la cinci minute distanta,ghida a hotărât plecarea la 15,50 ?!
7.In excursie a fost un copil cu handicap locomor grav neînsoțit
8.La observațiile noastre că nu este nimic din magia Crăciunului promisă in descrierea programului,răspunsul ghidei a fost. .POVESTI ?!!!

Customer’s support slab de tot!

Christian Tour este o agentie cu care nu voi mai colabora,
Agentia nu ofera suport real in vacanta, daca exista vreo problema cu camerele , nu se schimba nimic , informarile nu se fac corect fata de clienti am achizitionat un sezur intr un hotel iar cand am ajuns in tara respectiva era defapt in alta unitate mult mai slaba fara piscina promisa.
Am cerut pentru sejur facturi separate pe camere si mi s a zis din start "nu se poate".
In concluzie daca iei o vacanta cu Christian Tour te rogi sa fie totul in regula ca daca trebuie sa isi asume ceva agentia, nu o vor face si vei realiza ca platesti pentru un serviciu care nu e dus pana la capat!

Worst experience ever.
We bought a 7 days holiday in Antalya which started really bad.
The Hotel was presented as a 5 star hotel, but in reality maybe it was a 3 star, or even less.
We got a different room, uncleaned, where the air con brought hot food smell and the bathroom was super dirty.
We had to argue for hours to change the room with no success.
I will never book another trip with this company

I’m very disappointed with Christian Tour. Our flight schedule for the Egypt trip was changed in such a way that we lost two full days from the holiday package we originally booked. This was never properly communicated in advance, and it really affected our experience.

On our way back, the transfer to the airport was also poorly organized. Even though our hotel was only 10 minutes away from the airport, we were picked up 4 hours before the flight and driven around to collect other tourists from hotels much farther away. It was frustrating, unnecessary, and a waste of time.

Overall, very poor organization and lack of respect for the clients’ time. Definitely not the quality of service you expect from a major travel agency.

Very very bad, we lost a whole day of our trip waiting for their plane. First they told us we have a 4 hours delay, then another 10 hours, after which another 3 hours. In the meantime they offered us two meals and a 3 hours accomodation to a hotel nearby airport.

I booked a trip to Egypt on May 2025.
Payed the advance . At the booking day the departure time was at 8:50 from Cluj Napoca and actually the departure took place at 20:30 which means 12 hours later.
The departure from Egypt was at the booking 22:05 and it took place at 8:30 which means 15 h sooner. We payed but not benefit of whole days and nights.
Christian Tour consider it is a normal practice. Not even excuses.
Will never buy tickets from this company. The airline company is Animawings which belongs to them. They know what they are doing.
Please do not trust them!
