Chrono24 Avaliações

great service and vast choice of watches

Excellent service from the start from
Chrono24 UK.
I was recommended to use Chrono24 and have not been disappointed.
I purchased a lovely Rolex Daytona and it was simple.
The only thing that I have to say is sending messages with the App are very small and difficult to read

Chronos24 gave me the peace of mind to purchase from a seller I hadn’t used before who was also in a different country.

Watch dealer delivered fantastic watch on time and it was amazing.

Thank you Casio pro-trek for such a lovely watch and Lily Japan Time for shipping it to the UK

Great site for watch purchasing , that’s about 8 purchases now through Chrono24 all easy and perfect

The experience from start to finish was smooth, seamless and first class
Everything was clear and information was provided at every stage
And delivery was literally within 48 hours from order point
New York to just a few miles outside London (UK)
Door to door service
Perfect gift for my 21 year old
Service and delivery has been Perfecto
Grazie Millie

Brilliant service and supply; can’t recommend them enough

Very good service.
Nice watch, competitive prices and honest dealer

Watch arrived on time and in perfect condition.good communication with seller

Easy to use, good easy chat function with auto translation, felt safe with the escrow payment

Bought a watch, stolen in transit, followed all instructions from Chrono24, police report, photos of empty box, affidavit, everything they requested was sent, no updates from them whatsoever, finally an email from them following my review on Trustpilot basically threatening me about my refund because of my negative review, if they deny this I will screenshot it here, a refund was agreed finally within 2/5 working days, still waiting, email to them have gone unanswered, live chats involve them sending a verification code to your email address straightaway but on every occasions the verification code they sent me, I was informed, was no valid, very dodgy company with too many warning flags at every turn.my advice as a ‘customer’ of theirs is avoid, don’t loss your money like I have done

I was quite nervous of buying an expensive item online but Chrono24 had a safe paying system in place. They gave me confidence that the dealer was reputable and reviews positive. It was easy to communicate with the supplier and in my case everything went smoothly and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

This is the fifth watch I have purchased through Chrono24 over the past six years, and on each occasion I have been extremely satisfied.

Chrono24 is clearly very professional and protective of both vendors’ and buyers’ rights. They follow each transaction from start to completion, and if for any reason there is a delay or a problem, they remain involved and follow the purchase through until the buyer is completely satisfied.

I have no hesitation in recommending Chrono24 to family members and friends.

Seller shipped very fast, item is immaculate and well packaged

I have said this before but it’s always worth repeating that I enjoy the process of buying watches via Chrono24’s platform. It’s down to you to do your due diligence so as not to make a costly mistake but the tools are all there to help. The escrow account allows an added degree of confidence and the whole experience has thus far proven flawless. Buying watches should be enjoyable and utilising Chrono24 helps enormously.

Good professional service
5*

Communication was good, I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Import charges are abit extreme tjough

Had bever bought a watch on line before but it was all very simple and the escrow account gives piece of mind. Would happily purchase again.

Easy, secure process. Very happy with my purchase.
